Very quiet & wonderful place at seaside Zyghi

My flat has view to nature & sea. It is very sunny & decorated. Includes: bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with their lampshades, mirror, many cabinets. Kitchen connected to the hall, cooker & refrigerator, kitchen & electrical appliances. TV, Wi-Fi, roundtable, 6 chairs, 2 big sofa beds. Bathroom-WC. Hot-cold water, air conditioning all over the house. You need 3 minutes walking to reach the sea, 20 minutes to reach Zyghi harbor, where you can find serviceable fish taverns & markets.

Cosy studio situated inside Zavos Palm Beach gated complex. In the complex there are features like swimming pools, a tennis court, a huge garden and a barbecue area. WiFi and parking are also available free of charge. The studio has been recently redecorated and looks stunning. All essential appliances are included.

Built in 1890 , the listed property lies in the heart of the beautiful village. An exceptionally graceful 4 bedroom traditional 400 sq.m building with an inner courtyard and lush garden. The two storey house is built with the limestone and soil offering coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The house has been in the family for many generations. Its first renovation dates back to 1929 by my grandfather, recently masterfully renovated.
