The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Close to the GR223, the Chemin des Douaniers will allow you to discover breathtaking landscapes, Port Racine, Goury, Baie d'Ecalgrain, Nez de Jobourg... The accommodation is located on the family property. Pompon and Ninja (2 cats) roam freely and love to say hello😽. Most guests let them in.

This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The sailing school, bars and restaurants are located on the harbor. You will find a grocery store and tennis courts in the village.
