The vacation rental (30 sqm), equipped and completely independent, is located on our property in the heart of a large garden (700 sqm): 1 bedroom (sheets included), kitchenette (gas stove, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker), shower room/toilet, living room (WiFi and air conditioning) ideal for remote work, sofa and TV. Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
