On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. You will love my studio because of the cool room temperature in summer, its charming surroundings, and plenty of space in the 60 m² studio and in the garden. It is bright and quiet, and you have a beautiful view and access to the garden with a view of the lake and the mountains. My studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet.
