Jenny’s home in Forsvik was the perfect retreat — peaceful, charming, and surrounded by stunning nature. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell Jenny puts a lot of care into the space, and it really made us feel at home. One of the highlights was how close it was to Kafé & Mat — we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was friendly, and it made our stay feel even more special to have such a great spot just steps away. The location is ideal for enjoying Sweden’s natural beauty — with lakes, walking trails, and historic sites all nearby. We especially appreciated the quiet mornings and the calm atmosphere that made it so easy to relax and recharge. Jenny was a kind and attentive host, quick to respond and genuinely welcoming. We’re so grateful for the experience and would happily come back again. Tack Jenny for a lovely stay!

Cozy house on a farm where you could watch animals, large areas outside for the kids to play on. Close to Omberg and Tåkern. Nice host, we got eggs from her hens and best of all cleaning and sheets are included in the rent.

We travelled in Skone for a week and had the privilege of spending the night at multiple traditional wooden garden houses, which were so pretty you could eat them. Pia Margareta’s was no exception. The outside is a bright sunny yellow and the inside was recently and graciously refurnished. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the selection of body washes, shampoo, creams and sanitary products with the caption “help yourself”. Some hosts go above and beyond and Pia Margareta was one of them. Very satisfied.

Lennart is a cool guy and was very proactive and helpful in his communication. The space was everything we wanted for a long weekend in town. Close to everything yet private in the middle of town. We'll definitely go back when we're in town next.

We felt completely at home from beginning to end. Top amenities, cozy furnishings and the large terrace on three sides of the house, everything is great. The only thing that was sometimes annoying were the young drivers who liked to turn up the engine on the street. But most of the time it was wonderfully quiet. The location with the swimming spot in sight and hiking trails starting right at the house is perfect. We didn't meet Daniel in person, but he always kept in touch via chat and responded super quickly. We highly recommend this property.

Really a little idyll! Nice walking paths in the surroundings. Dog-friendly and a super cozy garden. The house was clean and cozy, tastefully decorated and most of what you could possibly need was there. Worth every penny and David always responded quickly 🙏 The only "negative" possibly was that it was quite cold indoors at check-in, but it resolved during the evening when you got the heat up. Thanks a million!

We had a wonderful vacation in Sweden! The house exceeded all our expectations. Communication with Jesper was possible at all times and he was always friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this place and send a huge thank you to Jesper and his family in Sweden!

Fantastic accommodation with large social areas as well as inside and outside. Fitted us perfectly which was a family with 13 people. Quiet and pleasantly far from neighbors and traffic, only lovely birds chirping around the corner 🌸 A nice host family.

Staying in Alexander's house was a real experience. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace, the view, the swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and the boat trip to the island. Alexander gave us the good tip to watch the sunset, worth it! As the icing on the cake, we also saw the northern lights. The accommodation was spacious, cozy and very homely. In short, we would have liked to stay longer.

We had a nice evening at Anna-Karin's house. It was clean and nice and had a nice location with lake view and pool. The area was quiet and Anna-Karin was quick to help us if we had questions. Recommends this accommodation :)

Great place! Amazing views, quiet surroundings, delicious and cozy to be able to light up both the wilderness bath and the sauna. And cozy with a little tour on the lake at sunset. A fantastic little gem, I highly recommend!

Maria has been an great host, very responsive and flexible. The place is exactly as per the pictures and description. It was ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). It was extremely clean and cosy. In the kitchen you have absolutely everything needed. We will definitely come back. Thank you Maria.

The peaceful lake views and morning birdsong made our stay truly unforgettable. We especially loved exploring the Tiveden national park — the trails were wild and beautiful. Christina was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place is a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and quiet moments. We’re grateful for the memories and already hoping to return!

The stay was very nice, the sauna and the area with the lake and the small jetty was really great! :) The cabin was clean, you had water containers available for washing dishes, showering… and firewood was also ready to use for the stove, which kept the cabin nice and warm. The toilet was also clean. We would come back!

We had a short but cozy stay where we could watch birds and the beautiful landscape around. Can really recommend this cozy place!

The most wonderful weekend in Anki and Ingvar's little paradise. We enjoyed two nights in a private glamping tent with lake view and all the amenities you could wish for such a trip. A trip to their lovely little sauna was the icing on the cake. Anki also made the most delicious breakfast and pizza kit, to make pizza yourself. In addition, there are many beautiful lakes and nature in the area, which we also had the opportunity to explore. Last but not least, Anki and Ingvar were sweet and welcoming and very helpful no matter what questions or shortcomings you had. We will definitely be back!! Perfect accommodation for us 4 adults and a small baby. Wonderful with a secluded private balcony and close walking distance to the city center. Nice reception and easy check-in and check-out. Can really recommend!

Nice place to stay in an older environment. The hosts were very nice and the house very cozy. A plus is the sauna in the house. One disadvantage is that it is a bit low to the ceiling in different places in the house. The house is close to Mallboden and Motala workshop, which is a nice place with walking distance to the city center.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is very cosy and looks like in the photos. It is equipped with everything you need. The lakeside location is very quiet and the access to the beautiful lake is close. Lise and Michael were easily accessible and friendly. We would have preferred to have stayed longer. Conclusion: Highly recommended!
