Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Fräsch, mysig stuga precis vid havet.

Slappna av i detta unika och mysiga boende. Varmt välkomna till "129":an . Vår gäststuga belägen precis vid havet, på avskild del av vår trädgård. Lungt, harmoniskt och fridfullt. Badmöjligheter finns. 2 km till Gränsö naturreservat med fina vandringsleder, 3 km till Västerviks centrum. 1 km till Ekhagens golfbana. Lämplig för två eller max tre personer. Går fint att lägga till med båt vid vår brygga om ni vill ta med båt. Väluppfostrade hundar välkomna, men önskar att de sover i egen bädd.

Sovrum med 2 sängar samt badrum med duschkabin. Lakan ingår ej. Städning ingår ej.

Gårdshus på insynsskyddad sjötomt med fantastiskt läge! Möjlighet till bad från tomt & brygga, flertalet badplatser i närheten. Perfekt läge för kajakpaddling. Fina promenadstråk. Ca 6 km till centrum. Hållplats för stadsbuss i direkt närhet. Nära till Lysingsbadet med restauranger mm. Ca 9 km till Ekhagens Golfbana, ca 1 tim bilväg till Astrid Lindgrens värld. (Poolen tillhör stora huset, ej tillgänglig) Hyresgästen ansvarar för städning. Sängkläder/handdukar går att hyra för 150kr/set.

Newly renovated garden house for 5 people

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

På en unik havstomt i ett av Gränsös bästa lägen hyr vi ut vår fräscha stuga på 56 kvm, från 2013. Stugan har 2 sovrum+ sovloft, kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med en braskamin. Stugan har totalt 5 sängplatser. WC med dusch och tvättmaskin.
