Here you live 280 meters from our " local pub" Mallboden, the coziest café in town where you can enjoy everything from waffles to wine, troubadours and quis evenings. If you want to rent a kayak or sup, Linda has rental 200 meters from the accommodation. Proximity to grocery stores, pizzerias and 5 km to the largest lake bath in the Nordic region, Varamon.

The cottage and terrace have a sunny location with wonderful views of Varamoviken and Vättern. You have 50 meters to the water in the Nordic region's largest lake bath with a 2 km long sandy beach. The distance to central Motala is 3 km. Distance to municipal playground thirty meters At the cottage, you have access to the garden's grass areas. Miscellaneous games and play materials are available to freely use.

Newly built luxury beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Cabin by Varamon

Cabin for 2-4 people at Varamobaden. New kitchen and modern toilet/shower/washing machine. Two single beds in the loft and a single bed and sofa bed 140 cm in the living room. 150 meters to nice sandy beach at Vättern with access to restaurants and public barbecue areas. Parking and entrance towards Furulid's parking/places. Public electric car charging is available in the area, can also be arranged privately at cost. Reduced price for the week. Cleaning and breakfast are not included.

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person.
