L'alloggio è alle spalle della cattedrale , la spiaggia sia libera che lidi si raggiunge in cinque minuti. Il centro della città , ristoranti, negozi, zona pedonale si raggiunge in soli 2 minuti. Il famoso vicolo stretto" REJECELLE", il castello svevo , il trabucco e il muraglione, dove apprezzare fantastici tramonti, sono tutti nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento.
