On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cozy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.

There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Cozy cabin by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.
