A detached architect-designed villa is available to rent for a shorter or longer vacation stay. The ocher-colored villa is located on a completely separate hill near a small village. Here, you are guaranteed a quiet and peaceful stay. In summer, cows and sheep graze on the oak groves in front of the house, a cultural landscape with wild apple trees, alder, ash and maple. A stone's throw away, there is a larger beech forest, ponds and several lakes. Behind the house, a mile-wide spruce forest spreads out. It is about 5 km to the grocery store and hardware store.

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Other supplies, Gardenfurniture, a little grill, big grassarea for soccer etc.. own entrance , parking in front of house. Area around is very quiet.
