Awesome spot in a location which is perfect if you are using a car. The appartment has underground parking, which was super convenient. The host was super friendly and responsive, easy check in and check out process. The building is new ans the apartment is perfect and what you need for a few days stay, I absolutely recommend!

Beautiful cozy apartment, 5 minutes from the Sea garden, in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The space had everything needed, super comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The garage is spacious, easy to navigate and a great amenity. Would visit again.

Excellent quiet and clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine. Free parking in two minutes (and few paid parking options near). Highly recommended!

We had a good stay at Kiril and Hisa’s, they were helpful and responsive throughout. Great location, very close to the railway and the sea garden. The apartment was also in a quiet neighbourhood and served as a nice home base for exploring the city and nearby towns, and walking to the beach/sea garden. Recommended!

This was a great value place to stay. It was in a very walkable area and within walking distance to the main landmarks of the city. The beds and stay were all comfortable. The photos looked like the apartment. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is spacious, for cleanliness there is something to be desired, well equipped, as a remark both coffee machines need replacing, do not make a nice coffee, no peeler, no kitchen roll left, nor compliment the best guest. There is also no lift, if you are with large suitcases is a bit of a challenge, steep and narrow stairs, not noisy in the area. The TV is one idea smaller than how much we would have liked, there are no TVs in the bedrooms and for a 6 person capacity apartment there are 4 chairs :) On the terrace they may put some furnishings to make it more pleasant and cozy for guests. There is a new dryer and washer for me was very important, the hallway and the whole living is in tiles on me was cold and there were no slippers. Otherwise communication was very easy and fairly quick, kind hosts, I asked for an earlier check in as I was with two children, for them there was no problem for later check out also no problem and I have not paid anything extra. Located right on the city center 5 minutes from the central beach.

The location of the house was very good and the instructions for entering the house were clear

We had a long trip to Varna due to a problem at the border and even if she had a strict policy, she offered to help us with a plus day. We could not stay another but we really appreciated the intention. Alexander was very responsiveand tried to help us with all that he could (info about closest and best beach, best shopping places, where to eat) Place really clean and good wifi, AC works just fine. Nice and clean around the place, quiet and very close to the beach! We'll sure be there again, next year!

Mihail was very friendly and reacted super fast on my questions. The apartment was as described and very convenient located between airport and downtown. Also foot distance to a large mall.

It is a very nice and spacious apartment. There is all sorts of things. Apartment is within walking distance of city center and the coast. We came in winter so there was not really much to do in Varna. However, after checkout, the hosts asked for unreasonable additional costs. They claimed we would have brought towels while we are sure this was not the case. They also asked for extra fees for cleaning (above the already high cleaning costs). And this while the living room was very smelly of cigarettes upon arrival. Nevertheless, the hosts were always very reachable, kind and helpful. We still enjoyed our stay in Varna! The apartment is definitely recommended

It was a wonderful stay!

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and all necessary devices. The residence is secure and is located in a quiet area. Beautiful fenced area with a swimming pools. The whole complex is new and excellently maintained. We had a private parking space. The communication with Nicole and Katia was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back again. Highly recommended for all those who want to have a quality stay!!! Thanks again for everything!

this is a very nice place. we only had one night but really enjoyed it so much. the receptionist was so friendly , Nikolay let us check in early which was also extremely nice. the white cliffs are stunning . don't miss doing the walk all the way to the cliffs. it's worth it. the place is well maintained and clean. the pool bar has amazing views and good prices for the cocktails. the restaurant on top called Octopus really is amazing after you had some sunset drinks at the bar. highly recommend to spend a few days there!

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. My partner and I were travelling with our cat and we loved our stay at Maria-Magdalina’s place. She was very welcoming and quick to respond. The apartment is nicely furnished, very quiet and in a great location - just a few minutes walking distance from the sea garden. The living room is warm and sunny during the day, with a nice view of the sea, the bedroom is cozy and the kitchen practical. The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We felt right at home from the first day and would definitely book again for future trips!
