Very beautiful and peaceful location in the forest. The property was clean and cozy. The host is a very polite and responsive person. I am impressed by that multiple solutions for insects pest control were provided - the lamp really saved us from wasps and mosquitoes since my child has an allergy. The best place for summer hot days. We didn't have to turn the air conditioner on because of the natural environment

The host was friendly and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to meet us when we had trouble finding it at night and made it a much better experience for our family.

We had a lovely stay and the villa was just as on the pictures. The pool, the garden and the villa were very clean and the family friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend a stay there.

The hosts were very prompt to greet us and we were immediately impressed by how clean this house is. The yard is just as clean, and we fell in love with the swimming pool immaculate as well and perfect size. The place really gave us the feeling of peace and quiet that we needed. The kitchen has everything you could want and there is even an extra fridge outside at the barbecue area. The location is really nice too, lovely view and the steakhouse right across the street has to be one of the best restaurants in Balchik, you will not want to go anywhere else. We loved our stay here.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn die Freundlichkeit der Gastfamilien und angebotene Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts (haben uns bestimmt 5x ein Taxi bestellt) machen den einzig negativen Punkt absolut wett. Die Unterkunft ist zwar teuer, lohnt sich aber absolut. Wenn man die Taxen etwas im Voraus bestellt, ist das das perfekte Haus. Vielen Dank nochmal für die liebevolle Herrichtung:)

super for big groups! many rooms and bathrooms and also easy to park! very try close to the beach it was very easy to communicate with the host.

The vila matches the description, great view, very clean, large tarrace, with grill and jacuzzi. Every room has its own bathroom, and there is an extra bathroom at the ground level. Large living with fully equipped kitchen. Dalin is an excelent host, very polite, helpful and prompt. Overall, we had an excelent stay!

Great sea view. We were lucky to have the pool almost only for us, which was great. A bit difficult with the streets of Varna, but this brings the quietness what we were seeking. Nice place, a little gem if you don't expect 5-stars hotel and first line next to the sea.

Gazda foarte amabilă. Loc liniștit și cu intimitate. Deși am stat doar o noapte, ne-am simțit foarte bine.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Jungs, die eine preisgünstige aber gute Unterkunft für unseren Besuch am Goldstrand benötigte. Hier waren wir gut aufgehoben, fühlten uns willkommen und hatten alles was man Standardmäßig benötigt. Zu fuß ist man in 20min am Goldstrand, hat aber auch näher Möglichkeiten, so wie einen nah gelegen Pool. All in All ein gelungener Urlaub!

Top place in Varna!!! You can compare the size of room and bathroom with 5 stars hotels,cleanliness is even on the next level.Common spaces with pool table,bar and everything you need. And on top of that, perfect garden with pool and one of the best view of the city and sea . Parking space at any time . Friendly staff and perfect organisation. This is another level in the game!!! Definitely coming back ! Thanks, it's been pleasure!!!

This place is really lovely - we visited in November and only briefly so we didn't get a chance to explore anything as much as we wanted to but it was a lovely place, with a gorgeous view from the windows. I loved that I was able to see the Black Sea from the window! Also, the host was super friendly and helpful, we were able to book the airbnb on the same day and there were no issues with the check-in which was very late due to the time we were arriving.
