The house is in a very central location. You can walk everywhere. The interior of the house is not very new, but there is everything you need. Teodor is a warm host. No elevator and free parking. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had 20 wonderful days at Rumi's place! We rented their Panorama apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Black Sea! She and her husband were very pleasant, and we felt welcomed and well cared for. I highly recommend their place for your next Black Sea vacation! Rumi has a different types of apartments to suit your needs. The beach is close, and you don't need to drive there. The place is quiet, clean, and safe, and you will have everything you need for your stay. Rumi and her husband are great hosts, and we are very grateful for the hospitality my family and I received. Very nice apartment with great view of the Black Sea. It is 20 minutes walk to the Botanical Garden. It is a great apartment for a family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need if you want to cook.

Konstantin and his mother are very pleasant and cultural people. The place is top notch, the lobbying is great . I was surprised by the hotel service (replacement of linens and towels and 3x for 10 days cleaning) for a small extra charge, I also got a place in the underground garage to keep my car safe and not stand in the sun for the day. Overall I'm satisfied , and I hope the hosts were happy with us as well. My warm recommendation for Cabacum apartments as well as Konstantina . If we fly to Bulgaria again, it will certainly be in the same place .

Location and complex is very well situated. Pool and view top for the location. Unit also great view. Could use some updates in terms of furnishings and fixtures (eg no washing machine). Would stay again and generally recommend.

Stefan was a great host and the communication was easy and fast. The apartment itself was clean, pretty and comfortable. With a cute balcony from where you could see the sea. The room service was friendly, too. I would recommend to book the apartment/Stefan as your host!

Location perfect,plenty of buses also taxis and very cheap prices. Enjoyed our stay of a month.

Was there alone. Very clean apartment, was cleaned every day and fresh terry towels left laundry. In the bathroom there is no outlet and very poor light. Maybe a bit loud from the complex, but didn't bother me much. Very centrally located for the beach.

Very nice place, clean, has everything you need for a long stay. There are two good supermarkets close by, the city centre is a 10-15m walk away. The host is great, takes care of things when there is an issue. I would definitely stay here again!
