We enjoyed a lot to stay in Ivanka's home. The house looks even better than in the pictures. We found everything needed for our stay. The beach can be easily reached by car in 20-25 minutes. Also, for those who like to see other places, not far is the submarine and glass museum and the stone forest.

It was great. Everything was well prepared, and the house was very well maintained. It was big enough for several people to enjoy, and the view in front of the house was very nice. In particular, the host answered questions immediately, explained the situation very kindly, and immediately resolved any requests that were needed. It was a very enjoyable stay, and I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

Pros: - location surrounded by nature - nice building - huge space inside - amazing yard - great room furnishings - great bathroom - well equippes and roomy kitchen with everything you need - perfect for 4 people with a lot of privacy for everyone - very clean - two restaurants nearby - perfect check-in/out and communication - was expecting a lot of mosquitoes but there were almost NONE Cons: - inside sometimes smelled of sulphur because of the nearby lake which is in some way connected to the local water network - insect net at the entrance was kind of broken

O locație extraordinară într-un complex nou și modern pe malul Mării Negre. Parcare subterană cu acces ușor. Apartamentul foarte frumos, curat și intim amplasat pe partea estică cu vedere la mare de pe terasa. Nikolay o gazda prietenoasă și mereu gata să îți ofere ajutorul și orice fel de recomandări legate de Varna și împrejurimi. Vom reveni cu siguranță pe timp de vară.

В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания! Очень удобное расположение. В минутах 3х ходьбы центр города, магазины, кафе. Рядом расположены 2 остановки, с которых можно доехать до Варны, Золотых песков. Море минут 5-7 пешком. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, всегда на связи! Отдыхом остались довольны!

We came for our daughter’s wedding at the resort and the villa was perfect in every way we could host our new Bulgarian relatives and the guests from England. The location was perfect and the villa spacious and well equipped and lends itself to entertaining if needed. We fully recommend staying at Villa Parnas in fact we booked an extra three days

С балкона открывается захватывающая панорама всего города и бескрайнего моря, особенно красиво на рассвете и закате. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: удобная мебель, полностью оборудованная кухня, быстрый Wi-Fi. Район тихий, но при этом рядом магазины, кафе и транспорт. Хозяин очень гостеприимный и всегда готов помочь. Однозначно рекомендую и с радостью вернусь снова!"

Чудесно място за престой. Много тихо, уютно и уединено, а терасата е огромна с прекрасна гледка, което създава усещане и за простор. Оборудвано е с всичко нужно за нормално ежедневие. Локацията е супер, наоколо има всичко необходимо, а при нужда е на няколко минути от две спирки, чрез които може да се стигне до всяка точка на града. Моят престой беше извън летния сезон и бях приятно изненадана че температурата беше супер и не е студено. Паркирането наоколо е сравнително лесно, а ако сте с по малка кола може да се паркира и в двора, но за мен това беше трудно тъй като изисква маневри, а не съм добър шофьор. Тео е много гостоприемен, обеснява подробно всичко, проактивен е и се интересува постоянно дали всичко е наред и реагира своевременно на всяка молба. Препоръчвам.

He provided us with great recommendations for where to eat and what to see and gave very good explanations on how to find the accommodation and how to get in. I have seen a lot of the world and I can honestly say this is by far, one of the best AirBnBs you can stay at! Kerstins flat is amazing and it has everything you need for a relaxing stay! The view is just breathtaking and you will never get bored even if you just sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. The apartment is very cosy and nicely laid out,you will feel like you are in your own house! Kitchen is well equipped and you also have a restaurant downstairs. The local are is definitely the best place you can explore in the Northern Black Sea coastline. Huge variety of beaches, restaurants and places to explore. Car definitely helps but I my oppinion,the best beach (Heros) is just a 5-10min walk and with beautiful scenery. Thank you Kerstin for being such an amazing host! We will definitely be back! All the best!
