We had the pleasure of staying at Binumon's studio apartment in the heart of Trivandrum for 3 nights, and I can't express how wonderful the experience was. Binumon truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and I couldn't be more grateful. First and foremost, Binumon's flexibility and understanding were remarkable. We had a late check-in and a late check-out request, and he accommodated both without hesitation. His willingness to adjust to our schedule made our trip much smoother and stress-free. The studio apartment itself was nothing short of amazing. It was well-maintained, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout the space, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made this stay even more special was that our family, including 2 babies and their grand mom, spent their time here with absolute comfort!

Great place to stay

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Mr. Suresh was very cooperative and helpful. He has guided us very well at all levels. Maintenance can be improved.

Nice neat & clean apartment. And the host is very helpful. Get responses quickly. Apartment looks exactly same as the pictures. And the apartment is located at the city centre , close some good restaurants and tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Neat & clean property. To reach there is very difficult with SUV. Out of three bed rooms two are ok and one is non attached with sofa cum bed which is not comfortable to sleep.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Sapphire Suite in Trivandrum! Located in the heart of the city at Palayam, this luxurious 1BHK apartment exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, from cafes and markets to cultural spots and historic landmarks. The apartment itself is stunning. Decorated in calming tones of white and blue with gold accents, it has the feel of a stylish hotel with the warmth of a home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the plush furniture to the fully equipped kitchen. The amenities were a huge bonus: a serene swimming pool for relaxing evenings and a well-maintained gym to keep up with workouts. What truly made my experience exceptional was the host—genuine, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Always available and truly went out of his way to ensure I had a seamless and memorable stay. Title: Beautiful Stay with Stunning Views! I recently stayed at Green Royale, and it was an amazing experience overall. The interiors were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and comfortable stay. Although the road leading to the property is narrow and steep, it was well worth the effort once we arrived. The host was very communicative and ensured a smooth check-in process. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the beach. Just plan ahead for the approach road, and you’re in for a fantastic stay!

Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.

The place is in a very calm atmosphere surrounded by greenery. Rooms and bedding including the bathroom was clean. Mr.Ananth was always available for calls and any doubts was cleared instantly.All members of the family were very friendly and treated us like a family. Ananth also helped us with reaching out to cabs whenever we asked for. Way beyond he got us yummy banana chips which he packed and bought personally . And last but not the least a very kid friendly home with Jerdy… the cutie doggie😊

The property is very clean and the neighborhood is so peaceful. Best for a weekend getaway away from the hustle. The host was responsive and helped us easily reach the property. would recommend

Such a great stay! The room is cosy, clean and everything in working order. Edwin was responsive and helpful which made check in and finding the place easy. Close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurant. Nice outside area to sit. The home cooked South Indian breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

The villa was spacious, clean and quiet. I appreciated the aircon, filtered water and wifi. There are beaches within walking distance and food supplies can be purchased nearby. As a foreign tourist it was interesting to interact with the friendly neighbours. Ebin was very quick to reply to any of my enquiries during the stay.

Anand was a fantastic host! The place was spotlessly clean and in a very convenient location. He was also flexible with timings. Highly recommend!
