Vacation rentals in Väring

To say we had a nice stay would be an understatement! The accomidation is so lovely and we had an amazing vacation. The pool deck is even nicer than you might think from the pictures. The pool costs a little extra (120€ for the week as of 2022), which would have been nice to write in the listing. Given the pool is heated and has to be maintained the cost is understandable though of course. The next grocery store is about 15min by car and the next bigger town about 40 to 50min. Given how nice the house is you might not want to leave though :) We had a lot of fun taking the SUP and the canoe out to the lake, we even had the chance to do this with our little dogs for the very first time, so that was a really great experience. There is even a grill, which Linda and Peter were kind enough to let us borrow. All basic spices, oils and such were also there to borrow. The surrounding forrest is beautiful too and there were plenty of mushrooms to pick. Lastly two things worth noting (These werent issues for us but might be worth knowing for others). Both the pool deck and the garden are not fenced in, so if you have small kids or dogs you will have to keep an extra eye out. And the larger beds in the main house are in separate rooms but the rooms are only separated by a curtain. Again, these were really non issues when you take into account how lovely the rest of the place was! So, thank you again for letting us stay here, Linda and Peter!

We stayed at Louise's and Per's home for 5 days. 3 adults and 5 children aged 3 - 14. They stay was an absolute pleasure for everyone. The children loved the pool and tub and we all enjoyed the big terrace and garden. Their home is truly unique and the interior simply amazing. The house is located in the outskirts of a lovely town and there is beautiful nature and activities all around. Per and Louis were fantastic! Super responsive and helpful :) Highly recommended!

Peaceful and beautiful place. I really enjoyed this house and have a wonderful moment. Luckily, I saw the Aurora in the night time. Small town is not too far away from the house, whenever I want to buy something, I just visit the town easily. Also the town have a great swimming pool. I really love the swimming pool. Only one thing, since I do not know how to use motor boat, I could not use it. Also, before I arrived there, I asked some questions about fishing equipment rental and host borrowed me the fishing equipment, although I could not use it due to motor boat issues. Anyway, the host was very kind and provide useful information to me. Highly recommend this house 👍

Our stay in Åsarp was simply unforgettable and we owe that above all to our wonderful hosts Sandra and Helge. For eight nights we were allowed to stay in a lovingly furnished home in the middle of nature, which left nothing to be desired. The place was spotlessly clean and designed with noticeable warmth. What makes this place special is the honest hospitality and of course Cindy, the magical dog who took our hearts by storm. Sandra and Helge were always friendly, attentive and pleasantly reserved, just perfect. You can feel when hosts are there with their hearts and that was exactly the case here. We are grateful for this time out full of peace, nature and warmth. Tack så mycket – we hope to see you again!

We stayed for one night while traveling south from Tiveden National Park. There were two of us and our dog. The host's communication was clear, and check-in was very easy. The place had everything we needed. They even had food- and waterbowls for our dog❣️ Thank you!

We enjoyed this charming cottage very much. Secluded location, cozy garden, nice surroundings and good walking opportunities. Great location for exploring Kinnekulle, the cottage is also close to Kinnekulleleden.

The accommodation is very quiet with a great view over the lake. We have been able to spot the ospreys over the lake for several days, these are very rare with us. The decor of the house is super cozy and the veranda and terraces are definitely a plus. If possible, we will most definitely come back. Cheers Elly and Jos
