Beautiful and comfortable beach apartment

It is a very well located place because it has many things nearby by car, such as karting, bowling, Farmatodo, Paseo de Macuto, Cinta Costera, Casco Histórico... La Guaira really does offer many alternatives in addition to the traditional beaches. The development, being private, offers perfect security. In addition, the convenience store at the entrance of the residential development solves everything for you!!! Perfect air conditioning, excellent internet, guaranteed water through tank and pump (but guaranteed), full kitchen with everything you might need and a perfect welcome from the host in charge. I recommend it 100%.

Our thanks to Gladimar and Yenedy for the wonderful experience we had at their Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, Yenedy made us feel at home with her warm welcome and explanation of every detail of the apartment and building. The accommodation was impeccable and comfortable, with a strategic location near the beach, supermarkets and restaurants, which you can walk to. Every corner of the property reflects dedication and affection. The common areas are in perfect condition, and the pool is simply spectacular. We greatly appreciated the local recommendations they gave us, which made our stay even more special. Thanks to both of them for their hospitality and for creating such a cozy space. Thanks also for the quick and efficient attention to the needs that arose. We will definitely recommend your Airbnb to our friends and family, and we hope to have the opportunity to return soon.

Yoli’s apartment in Catia La Mar is a gem: clean, tidy, fully equipped, and perfectly located. It has all the bells and whistles for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Yoli is a punctual, reliable, and very polite host. I would definitely stay again! El apartamento de Yoli en Catia La Mar es una joya: limpio, ordenado, bien equipado y perfectamente ubicado. My stay at this home was simply exceptional. Mrs. Sabrina, the host, was extremely responsive, friendly and communicative at all times, making sure everything was perfect during the stay. The apartment is incredible, it has everything you need to spend a few very comfortable days. In addition, its location is excellent, right in front of the beach, close to businesses, and places where you can easily shop without needing to go by vehicle. And what about the view… It's spectacular! I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice. Thank you very much, Mrs. Sabrina for making this experience so special ❤️

Excellent, the million dollar view, the accommodation for a couple, very romantic. Honestly, the air, the internet, everything works very well. You have everything you need. Just tiny details of aesthetic modernization, however as it is it is PERFECT. Obviously I'll be back, no matter what. You won't regret it, go and stay with the excellent hosts, Grace, the girl who receives you, is wonderful with Lobbing.

It was an amazing weekend!!! I made the reservation to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time, very close to the beach, there is security to go even at night. excellent everything, nice place, better than the photos, unparalleled reception, exceptional and totally clean facilities. 100% water, impeccable and functional bathrooms, excellent air.
