Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Occasional nights on request during the summer.

This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. There are several nice golf courses to choose from. If you want, there is the possibility to book a sauna by the pool. Here you can greet horses, sheep, chickens and ducks.
