Мы находимся в частном секторе между двумя достопримечательностями Черным морем и Куяльницким лиманом. До пляжа "Малибу" 15 минут пешком, спуск пологий, что удобно для всех и особенно для тех, кто с детьми на коляске. К морю 900 м. Есть парковка и детская площадка. Рядом есть ТЦ "Метро" и "Ривьера", Мини рынок "Марсельский, где вы можете купить свежие фрукты и овощи.

Локація цих апартаментів ідеальна. Хвилинка до Дюка та Потьомкінських сходів. Дві – до ансамблю Воронцовського палацу з колонадою – символом Одеси. Прогуляйтеся Приморським бульваром з морськими видами відразу за рогом. 5 хвилин пішки до Оперного театру. До пляжу 30 хвилин пішки через парк. Один із п'яти номерів невеликого та затишного апарт-готелю, яким вже 10 років керує наша родина. Зверніть увагу: третій поверх старовинного будинку. Ліфту немає.
