Wonderful, clean and comfy place! Beautiful apartment near restaurants, and the main attractions in the city. Marzia is a great host, super friendly and always willing to help with local recommendations. I definitely want to stay at her home on my next trip to Turin.

The appartment was fantastic for a weekend-getaway: super centrally located, city is walkable from there, lots of light in the living room of the aptm. Only notes: - If one is sensitive to the smell of smoke (like we are) then you need to bear in mind that next door is a KFC where a lot of people hang around outside of it (at pretty much all times) and the smoke gets inside the aptm through the AC apparently which was not nice. The windows therefore could not be opened as well due to the same reason. - On the opposite of the street is a bar: it can get really loud. Besides those two points everything was perfect! Antonio and Dario are wonderful and super helpful, they made us find the apartment clean and fragrant. The only flaw is that the neighborhood is not the best, so we recommend being careful, but otherwise everything is really perfect. Thank you guys ❤️

Good apartment. Spacious, clean, parking spot was perfect..make sure you have a small car. I don't know if it's the usual procedure, but don't forget to turn on the water heater over the kitchen sink. I sat waiting for hot water a bit before I realized it was off. The water is hot as soon as you turn on the heater. A bit loud from the pizza place across the street, just an FYI. Not Paolo's fault at all. Elevator was great and helpful. grocery store was close-by. Paolo was very helpful, but the Wi-Fi name and password are incorrect in the listing. it's on the bottom of the router. We used the washer/dryer for a load and there was detergent for it.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Turin! This was hands down the best vacation we’ve had in years and a huge part of that was thanks to this amazing apartment. The space was incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished, with modern decor that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed and immaculately clean—exactly what you hope for in a home away from home. It was also very toddler friendly which was a must for our family. But what truly set this place apart was the location. Nestled right in the heart of Turin, it was within walking distance to everything I wanted to see, yet it still felt like a quiet retreat from the buzz of the city. And the view—absolutely stunning! Every morning I woke up to a breathtaking view of the clock tower, which felt like something out of a postcard. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious, central, and unforgettable stay in Turin. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

A beautiful, clean, spacious and cozy apartment in the heart of Turin. The location is definitely the best you can find in this beautiful city.

Small and cozy studio, very nice to dine outdoors. The apartment has everything you need for living. It's a pity there was only one wine glass, but it was also convenient to drink from ordinary glasses. The host promised to bring capsules and toilet paper, but we managed without his help. There's a flashing light outside at night, but with the curtains closed it's not very noticeable, it didn't bother me. Initially, it felt like the bed was /\ like that, then I fixed the structure. Bring rubber slippers with you. The apartment has a lot of towels, rags and everything else... The accommodation is comfortable, I recommend it

Mario and Elda are very hospitable, if we had a nice wine, then there was always some goodies. Homemade, creatively sliced fruit or a nice fresh drink. We stayed there for a week and got a clean bed and clean towels every two days. They had even purchased an electric BBQ for us. Mario took care of the net new swimming pool and Elda all the flowers around the entire stay. Really neat 🇮🇹🌟 Ohh yes delicious restaurant is “del Allegria” (10 min walk) really typical Italian of the Piemonte region. We also have at “del Castelllo” delicious food.

The view from the house is just amazing and invites you to just enjoy your time and relax at the pool. We enjoyed to prepare local food with the outside barbecue grill and making pizza with the provided oven. The equipment of the house has everything you wish for. The communication with Kaya was always friendly and helpful. We like to taste the local wine and the hosts even prepared some local wine ready for us to try when we arrived and gave us suggestions where we could go to try more. All in all we had a really nice week and lots of memories we will think about for a long time :)

we spent a few days in Turin in Alberto's accommodation. we particularly enjoyed our stay at this quiet accommodation, set back from the street. the accommodation is very spacious, very clean and perfectly maintained, with many appreciable amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). the tram is accessible 2 steps away, the metro just 5 or 7 minutes away, it's ideal for getting to the city center! Alberto is particularly welcoming and friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him. He also helped us a lot in terms of advice for visits! to recommend without reservation!

Clean, tidy and quiet apartment. We found what we needed for a rich breakfast, products for cleaning the house and for personal hygiene. Near the house, local shops and supermarkets. Alice is available and clear in the information. Recommended!

Fabiana welcomed us to her home despite our last-minute request. The accommodation is very spacious, perfect for kids and pets because the garden is enclosed. The bedding is extremely comfortable and waking up with the birds singing is a real treat. Special mention for Erika who was adorable and very available during our stay. I would highly recommend it!

the apartment is super central and you can get everywhere on foot. We were there with our 5-year-old daughter and had everything you need, even a washing machine. the apartment is a little dark, but there is the possibility to sit outside on the balcony.

Excellent stay! Lorenzo is an extremely hospitable and helpful host, ready to give useful advice and ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The apartment is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the center of Turin, perfect for visiting the city comfortably on foot. The house is modern, cozy and equipped with all comforts: equipped kitchen, impeccable bathroom and fast Wi-Fi. Everything was perfectly clean on arrival, with fresh linens, towels, hairdryer with diffuser. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Turin in a well-kept and relaxing environment. Thanks again Lorenzo, we'll definitely be back!

The experience at Irina's house was perfect. First of all, she is a very nice and organized person, these two aspects made the check-in simple, clear and fast. The apartment is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a weekend in Turin. The location of the house is excellent, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the subway (and other public transport) which in a few stops allows you to reach the city center. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Valentino Park. The area is very quiet, 100 meters from the house there is a convenient supermarket; bars and restaurants are nearby. Recommended apartment.
