Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Valongo

By far one of the nicest 1-BR Airbnb's we've stayed at. If you like contemporary architecture, lots of space, good natural light and an uncluttered apartment, this is the perfect spot for one or two people in Porto. Very central and touristy location, but the area is great to easily walk to restaurants, along the river or a metro ride across town. Comfortable bed in the back of the apartment, so it's a nice place to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice tableware, a and a nice eating area. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

The location was so good, and it was so convenient to enter and exit with a passcode. The host's response came quickly, and the view that was slightly visible from the window was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The apt is in a great location with ocean and river views. We watched the sunset from the spacious and comfortable balcony daily. Luís has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. He gave a very thorough orientation and showed us where we could find all the necessities. Every area of the apt. is comfortable. Luís provided recommendations to local restaurants. He really takes pride in providing a comfortable place for his guests to stay and it shows in the presentation. We will certainly return to Luís’ place in the future.

Upon entering the gate to your private kingdom, you will venture into a garden paradise with an inviting saltwater pool that is surrounded by lounge chairs and lush vegetation. Your exclusive gymnasium is only a few steps away and is fully equipped for all your exercise needs. As you enter the apartment you will notice the subtle comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, two master bedrooms and two full baths. You will feel at home with these comforts and can relax on the terrace with music and a bottle of wine. This location about 2km away from the typical tourist zones, but a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute drive will put you into the thick of it. Uber is an easy and inexpensive option for transportation. Porto has so much to offer, especially if you are adventurous and want to venture beyond the city Center. We rented a motorcycle and visited the local beaches to enjoy free concerts and great food. The individual who greeted us (Victor) was the best. He answered

The accommodation is perfectly located 2 steps from a metro station, the center of Porto is also within walking distance with a little more patience There are very close and very convenient stores Everything is as in the photos, everything was very clean and it is great value for money given the location, very convenient and nicely decorated accommodation The only negative points we found would be that the water flow is quite low around noon, but not during the other hours of the day, and also that the kitchen lacked a few utensils (there is a frying pan and a saucepan) which ultimately did not bother us too much Air conditioning in the bedroom works well It's very nice to eat on the terrace, which is a real plus! Note that on arrival a small bottle of port was waiting for us, which was very pleasant, thank you! We would recommend it without hesitation to discover Porto

Spacious, comfortable house with nice outdoor space, very nice shaded terrace. Good location for visiting Porto and the Douro Valley. "Méandro" restaurant next door, cheap, excellent with stunning views of the Douro. Graça and her husband are welcoming and responsive. Only downside, the presence of dogs barking++ ( kennel?). Graça has nothing to do with it, but noise pollution to report.

The house is gorgeous and very well located. The garden overlooks the Douro river. Perfect to watch the sunset! Marcos and Madalena were very friendly and responsive. The house is a few minutes walk to shops and a lovely bakery for breakfast. We highly recommend the stay.

The location is really fantastic, although you can't go to sleep before midnight on weekends in fine weather. The hustle and bustle on the promenade sometimes goes on until the early hours of the morning.

Patricia was always available to chat while being pleasant. The apartment was clean and in very good condition. It's very good, but be careful with the stairs:) The neighborhood is a little out of the way but quiet and safe. Thank you Patricia for this stay!

Maria greeted us and had cheese and cold beverages and a few other amenities in the fridge , we were able to get some great information she was very friendly and helpful . The views were fantastic exactly like the photo’s . Went to the Espinho market on Monday it was huge great deals and something for everyone was easy to get there . Plenty of walkways all along the ocean you can walk for miles . The train station is very close that you can take to Porto just FYI if you do take the train to Sao Bento Porto which is the downtown you have to change to Train 2 at the main station. This area is easy to get around and parking was close and free. Would love to come back to this area to explore some more .

Our stay at Herminio's apartment was great all around. We appreciated the reliable communication with Mario, the sparkling clean apartment, the oasis-like, quiet yet central location and the two shower rooms. This saved us a lot of time in the morning. It was great that we were able to check in earlier on the day of arrival, so the first day was already fully available to us. The air conditioning of the rooms was also great - that was a real plus in high temperatures. We highly recommend staying at Herminio's apartment.

We had a fabulous stay! The location could not have been better and the charm of the apartment allowed us to feel like we were really in the heart of Porto. The team were lovely, very welcoming and responsive. We will be highly recommending this place to our friends who may travel to Porto.

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

...EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT... We chose this accommodation based on the comments: ALL the reviews are positive. The apartment is currently under renovation and we have been given the one downstairs, which is similar but with a large terrace. The apartment is still new, comfortable and very clean. From May 22 to 29, with my wife and son, we stayed in this apartment equipped with every comfort, all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are new. All linens, bed and bath, were available and perfect. Comfortable and large double bed In addition, the house has perfect and fast Wi-Fi and two new air conditioners The accommodation is located near Campanha, in a quiet area and the condominium is very quiet. David was kind and helpful, answering our questions immediately A stay to be repeated definitely... Highly recommended. Great location right in the city center, within walking distance to everything around. Parking spot was very convenient and safe as it was in a private underground parking lot. The place was very clean, quiet and had everything that we could need! Would highly recommend.
