A very clean and tidy place. Nicoletta is a fantastic person. Just be careful if you use Apple Maps, it could take you to the wrong place. Everything else is fine

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Delightful host and perfect home for a retreat away from the city. Tidy, clean and characteristic. They even brought us croissants for breakfast!

Our two hosts were very nice, warm and helpful. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. The accommodation is a great base for exploring the surrounding cities such as Assisi and Spello.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of the "Civita de Bagnoregio". There is a parking lot for €5 and the walk takes about 20 minutes to the central square. The apartment is super classy and well equipped. When you step out the door, you are right in the middle of the action, but it is quiet at night, as the visitors then leave the village. We recommend an early evening sunset walk, as everything is full of tourists in the morning. It was an indescribably beautiful experience and is definitely worth it - even for one night.

The apartment is right at the main entrance to Assisi. It is quiet, clean, and just the right size for my wife and teenage daughter. The kitchen was clean and had some croissants to eat. Coffee and Moka to make it available. One large bottle of water in the fridge was a relief to have on arrival. While there is no air conditioning, the big stone house stayed cool enough despite 90 degree weather. The fans helped keep it cool enough to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough for us. The bathroom was clean with a rather large shower by Italian standards. Barbara’s dinner recommendations were excellent…we ate at one of them two nights in a row! The apartment is walking distance to every in the centro storico. Overall a clean, private and convenient place to stay whilst in Assisi!

Ascoli and its surroundings are very beautiful. Compared to food, there is little alternative for those who do not eat meat. But we had taken this into account. The apartment is super nice and within walking distance of the center.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

We had a nice stay on our bike trip to Rome in Fabio's studio. Large, beautiful space with beautiful views over the hills. Fabio made sure our bikes could be safely stored in a garage 200m away. The e-bike could charge there. Fabio even helped carry the luggage up the stairs from the street to the studio. His recommendation for a restaurant was very good. Amelia is a beautiful town and we'd love to come back, in Fabio's studio!

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

Simon and Chiara are great hosts, perfect communication, they waiting us later evening in the house, every day Chiara prepare and bring super breakfast, give to us a lot useful informations about trips. Apartment is clean, very cozy, with air conditioning - we need heating every day, was cold weather during the night. Finally view from the balcony is amazing, I never forgot morning coffee on this place. Definitely I can recommended this place, we would like come back. Thanks Chiara and Simon

It doesn't get any more Italian than that. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth-visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city, and .. the Adriatic, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time as possible in the villa. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely kind and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace, where we even danced... For friends of a time travel to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

Very responsive host. The location is in the historical centre, you cannot park there but the elevators from the parking is not far away. Very nice breakfast.

It was a very special experience.I chose this amazing cottage among the 6 options, and the one brake that arrived was convinced by the scenery in front of me and it was nicer than on the photos.The host was friendly and had a great chat, the room was also the style I liked, and it was especially clean.Though it was only a short day, I wish I had booked a few more days at that time, and by the end it was very reluctant to check out.Will definitely come back to this nice house next time I'm in Assisi.Looking forward to seeing you next time!

It faces the main street, and it is easy to go to Funicolare and the cathedral.And the host was friendly and perfect in everything.There are stairs, but he carried it for me.The bathroom is also spacious and independent, and can be used only by you.I want to stay here again next time.

We had the most amazing stay here. The property and view is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and make you feel like you're staying at a hotel (but with a more home like comfort). Breakfasts are delicious, and they even give you an option to pick what you want to eat when you arrive. Coffee options are excellent! Better than 10/10! Would come back in a heartbeat.
