You are surrounded by forests and nature within walking distance to the sea where you can advantageously swim and paddle out with SUP. The cottage of 40 sqm and the guest house of 15 sqm has all the amenities you need to treat yourself to a really relaxing holiday.

Newly-built mini villa with a luxurious feel in scenic areas. Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.
