There is a fully equipped kitchen, where you can sit and eat or work, a sofa and a large wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine, dryer. In the loft with ceiling height 140 cm, there is a 160 cm comfortable bed and space for storage. Fast WiFi with your own network! 10-minute walk to the city center, station. This unique place has a style all its own that is something out of the ordinary. Wake up and take a morning swim on your own dock and then enjoy a good breakfast while you dip your toes in Insjön. Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.
