A stay to be recommended to those who need the proximity of trails,snowy or not depending on the season,but also to enjoy the silence just 20 minutes by car from the National Park and Ceppo.

Very good tips from the landlord on local activities. The father is familiar with the hiking and cycling opportunities. Friendliness and helpfulness are always present. Attention: in the event of continuous rain, there may be no mobile data at times, depending on the provider. No WiFi in the apartment. In the village, however, there is a free WiFi about 500 meters away. There were only two of us, but for a family I imagine that a dishwasher would be desirable.

Marialuisa was a fantastic host, kind, helpful and with a crazy energy that would have been enough to make the stay enjoyable. The accommodation is very nice and is in a great location, it is furnished with great taste, equipped with every comfort and the cleanliness was impeccable. Marialuisa recommended several places to dine, but the best choice was to have her prepare dinner for us, as well as being an excellent host, she is above all a great cook. I'm already planning to return to Casa Azul soon

Quiet location on the slopes of the Gran Sasso (which, among other things, you can admire directly from the private courtyard). Spacious and clean house, comfortable beds, equipped with all comforts. Great stay experience.

We were Gianfranco's guests for a few days with our two dogs. Gianfranco is an excellent host, helpful, friendly, responsive and an excellent advisor of bars and restaurants in the area. Large outdoor spaces, the shared kitchen had everything you needed, the location allows you to reach the sea and mountains in about an hour... what can I say, we hope to return soon as guests for a few days of relaxation in the fresh air.

It was all magnificent, for the two of us and our two dogs, it was like living a dream. Clean and comfortable environment, with all the necessary equipment. We didn't use the sauna, but there's also that. And what about the garden? Large, comfortable, high fence, with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, drinking fountains, deck chairs. In addition, there is also another garden, always fenced, which can be accessed through a gate inside the property, with fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, figs, walnuts, apricots). Magnificent view over the entire Gran Sasso. Hosts have always been available, kind and proactive, with the utmost discretion. We hope to be back soon.

The little house in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Surrounded by nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that in moments of relaxation welcomed us, making our 6-year-old son have a lot of fun and finally for the BBQ that allowed us to grill roasts at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games with which we spent the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything was perfect! Thank you Roberto. ☺️
