Comfortable place and as shown in the photos. The water heater seems to be out of calibration, so it's a little hard to find a middle ground. Otherwise, great place. Safe and close to shops.

We've been traveling for months, and we haven't met a friendly and pleasant host like Juan. He sat with us the first evening, gave us detailed recommendations about the city, and later helped us with everything we asked for quickly and nicely. He even made a great effort to arrange a computer for us (!!!) that we needed even though it wasn't really necessary. Thank you Juan, you are the best :) The apartment itself was pleasant and clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a washing machine that is a nice bonus and everything is in a great location and close to restaurants, cafes and salsa schools. Uber is very accessible in the area. We were in the apartment for two weeks and had a hard time leaving it:)

This place was such a dream for our stay in Cali! From the moment we booked, Jair was extremely helpful, responsive and communication was always easy. The house is in a lovely area - walkable to many restos, cafes and attractions and dance schools, has all the amenities for a cozy long term stay, extremely clean and Jair goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I casually had asked Jair if a kettle was available, and he ordered one for us the next day, which was extremely kind and just added to the great experience already. It truly feels like a home away from home :) If you work remotely, the internet was great - no issues at all during our stay and the desk area is wonderful. Thank you Jair for your hospitality, kindness and this is one of the best places I have stayed at! Don’t miss your chance to stay here!

I really liked the apartment. It's small, but has everything you need to spend a few comfortable days. The bed was very comfortable, ideal for resting after a long day. The air conditioning worked well, although at night it made some noise, as if it needed maintenance. Nothing serious, it fulfilled its function. During my stay it rained a lot and some water leaked through the front door, but that was due to the weather, not something that depends on the host. The same with a neighbor who one morning played very loud music at 4:00 a.m.; fortunately they solved it quickly by calling the concierge. One thing that stands out is that the host was very kind and flexible: she allowed us to check out a little later on the day of check-out, which we really appreciated. The parking lot is spacious, safe, and has a doorman with an automatic door. Also, if you're going by car, you're close to several key sites in southern Cali. It is a simple, comfortable and conveniently located place.

The apartment is beautiful, super clean, the area is super safe, the hosts are super friendly. When I return, I will definitely stay here again. I felt like it was my home. Thank you.

Great place to stay in Ciudad Jardin, Cali. My guess is this is on the fringe of Ciudad Jardin, perhaps a little more recently gentrified. From what I can gather they have completed renovated an older building, to the extent you can't really tell it's not new. Really spacious inside, with a huge living area. The king bedroom is a little tight, but works. Everything is new or near new. AC in both bedrooms. Very few complaints. Towel hooks in the bathrooms would be nice. The kind bedroom bathroom door doesn't close properly. But these are minor quibbles. Can easily walk to various shops and restaurants in Ciudad Jardin. Also has parking outside, which was always available to us, but can also find parking on the street,

Doug is amazing, I had a chance to kick it with him, his son, and the staff…. He looked out on many different things for me, answered my questions when I needed…. Even assisted me when I locked my keys inside the unit rushing for an appointment…. The one cons is sometimes the internet is choppy sometimes and there will be noise 2-4 nights a week until 3am…. But outside of that I will be back

Beautiful suite, super comfortable, good stay, I only have 2 suggestions: the water heater does not work properly, I think the water does not come out with enough pressure and the noise from the avenue is a bit uncomfortable if you want to rest, they should install windows to soundproof the environment.

Oh my gosh we felt in love with this place, beautiful and spotless. Also the best host I’ve had ever. She was so helpful, friendly, she even offered herself to come and pick us up.

The space is perfect, everything is just as seen in the photos… maybe even better. Located in an excellent area, full of restaurants, and the building and apartment are perfect. I recommend it 1000% and I hope to return soon to continue enjoying the space and its surroundings. As for Samuel, he's a great person with assertive and precise communication.

A very cozy place, with excellent features and a very good location near one of Pereira's shopping centers, an Oxxo one block away and in a place with a good perception of security, the host, super friendly, attentive and agile to answer the requirements and requests. A place to repeat and recommend, thank you.

Modern building, modern apartment, perfect place to live 👌

This place is in a good location. The view of the city is nice and the balcony is really nice at night. The place is very quiet and calm which was great. The place in on a hill so I did go down to a few of the places near by during the day but I did not attempt to walk up the hills-so I used ubers to go to the many places nearby. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Everything was as described, it is a very comfortable place, apart from the fact that it has a lot of security and the host was attentive at all times.
