Access to laundry room outside the apartment. Party beds are discarded as this is a quiet family home.

Other things to note The stairs to the sleeping loft are quite steep and there is no gate or barrier for children. Sheets/towels are not included. Cleaning is done by the guest, or can be done for a fee.
