Place well located, description exactly as in the photos. Space organized with many amenities in the building. The apartment was clean and organized, had basic items and everything was well sanitized. Very kind Host and provide the necessary information for a good stay and check in. It's not my first time staying in Márcia's apartment anymore, and every stay is an amazing experience. The apartment is super cozy, with a decoration that makes you feel right at home. A very special detail is that Márcia always leaves an affectionate note with chocolate, which makes me feel very welcome. In addition, there is water and coffee available, a touch that really makes a difference, providing extra comfort during the stay. Communication with Márcia is also excellent; she is always available to help with any questions. I recommend Marcia's apartment for those looking for a warm place and full of small details that make the experience even more enjoyable!

I highly recommend! Michel has been very attentive since the booking. Check in very quick and easy, not to mention the welcome: it makes us feel at home. The condominium is located in a quiet neighborhood of the city, with easy access by fast lanes and excellent traffic. The apartment is comfortable and although there is no elevator, this was no problem at all, as in fact they are few steps. Great!

The whole apartment very well cared for, tidy and clean! Smell bedding, great towels, great showers! Good blankets and pillows, bathroom with little shower! A solicitous host, responds quickly and gives clear instructions. Well-structured, quiet and close to commerce. We liked it very much and would definitely come back!

The apartment is very nice as well as the hostess. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is wonderful, super complete, clean bathroom, spacious and wonderful shower.

I spent a weekend with my family at the house, it was amazing! The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos! The kitchen and laundry are super equipped, everything we needed was there, we didn't miss anything. The bed linen and towels were clean and did not smell musty. I highly recommend the stay, access to the condominium is also easy.

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

the hosts are great. A very special highlight for the Edna chambermaid who understands everything about Samba de roda. Wonderful to talk to her and learn a bit about Campinas. You are certainly saved here in my favorites for when you return to Campinas.

The house is exactly as pictured! We found everything neat and clean! The house is in a gated community, so it's super quiet and safe! Dona Roseli always responded promptly to all messages. It was well worth the stay! House with cable TV and Wi-Fi available to guests, good for those who have to work during the stay.
