C'est à Valenciennes que notre maison semi-bourgeoise du début du XXéme siècle de 150m2 a subi une profonde rénovation. Un appartement pour vous recevoir a été complètement aménagé sous les combles, au deuxième étage avec une pièce de vie de 40m2 toute équipée. Elle comprend deux lits (situés dans la même pièce), une cuisine équipée, un coin salon, une salle de douche+WC. Le quartier est tranquille et l'on peut y stationner (gratuitement sur la parking Auchan situé à 100 mètres).

A 2-minute walk away, you can take the tram that can take you to Douai. Shops are within walking distance. Possible visits: Mine Museum, Louvre-Lens, Arkéos, factories...

Charming house at the foot of the ramparts

You will stay in a pretty non-smoking townhouse located in the heart of Le Quesnoy with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...). The ramparts, the New Zealand Memorial, the museum and the recreation center are reached by foot in minutes. The house is located on the town square and several events take place regularly (flower market, funfair, milk festival, Christmas market, etc.) in front of the house.

Located in a shopping area, close to the canal, the ANIS house is ideal for solo/family walks, athletes/hikers as well as business travelers looking to find a natural setting in the city. Close to Cambrai city center as well as the various highways that surround it, it is located on a quiet street. Always available and attentive, please let me know if you need any further information! Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
