This lovely house is within walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafés and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow if you want to discover the surroundings. You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

The surroundings offer great nature; lake with beach 150m walk away, forests and archipelago. Stockholm is 37 minutes away by train from Vagnhärad.

Here you get to experience staying at the edge of the country but still be close to a lot. Just a few minutes away you have, among other things, bathhouses, flea markets, Trosa harbor town and lots of beautiful natural surroundings. It is also easy to get into Stockholm, Nyköping, Kolmården or Norrköping during the day by direct train from Vagnhärad station.
