Great location. Responsive hosts

From the first entry to Anil’s place we felt right at home. From the beautiful open space to the rooms to the surroundings, we loved it all. It felt like a home away from home. Anil as a host was very responsive and welcoming. The beach access was amazing to have, we enjoyed lovely sunsets on the beach which just added the right touch to our stay. Overall a beautiful stay with comfortable all around. We will be back again! Thank you Anil for the lovely stay.

Everything was just perfect: from the communication, the warm welcome and the wonderful place itself. We just loved everything about it: The 360-degree-view, the comfy furnitures, the tasteful design. The big trees in the yard hosts some cute birds which gave a paradise-like feeling. Julie gave us some really helpful recommendations which we all tried to. Loved the local restaurants close by. There’s also a big supply close by where we bought everything we needed to make breakfast in the spacy, well-equipped kitchen. Also, there’s a nice French bakery close by. The filtered water as well as the washing machine are a nice addition. We would recommend a rental car to get around as the place is a bit off the main areas. Though if you don’t mind walking, the local beach and the Tamarin beach are within about a 30-minute walk. We hope we can come back some time! Definitely one of our favorite Airbnbs so far!

Wonderful, clean, cosy and very practical in terms of location. Ample parking and great maid service was offered. Would stay again without any hesitation.

It was perfect! We felt right at home, the apartment is nicely and cozily furnished and very well equipped, nothing is missing. Also a very nice big bathroom. The supermarket and a good bakery are around the corner, as well as the very nice beach of La Preneuse and good restaurants. An entrance from Black River Park is also only 15 minutes away by car, so you can also take tours spontaneously. After long days on the island, it was always a nice feeling to come into the apartment and make yourself comfortable. Sabine was always directly available if we had any questions, and helped us with questions before the vacation. Thanks for the great stay, we will definitely be back! Kind regards, Paula & Luisa

Great place to stay in Belle Marre! Large modern apartment with an ocean and pool view with a patio. The apartment complex is fenced with a door accessing a small public beach, with lots of lounge chairs by the pool. Includes cleaning from a lovely housekeeper who can also cook meals for extra (very cheap) that are fantastic. Not a ton of nearby restaurants so having the cooking was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment – it was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, just a short walk from beautiful beaches and a few minutes drive to Grand Baie, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities. It was the ideal base for exploring the area. A big thank you to Annabelle for her warm hospitality and quick communication – she made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

The place is amazing and a 7-10 min walk from the beach. You do see the deers from the terrace which has a pool. For people travelling with a baby, this is a very good place to stay with all the amenities meant for an infant. Neha's recommendations for places nearby are very helpful and spot on. We had a minor issue during checkout when the building switch malfunctioned but Neha herself visited to see if all was ok later. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Marie's place. Wishlist of our trip for accommodation but also the place! everything was great! the apartment, the terrace, the air conditioning in the bedrooms, very few mosquitoes. In addition, Marie's mom prepared us to eat every night and it was super good! I would highly recommend this additional service. Village du Morne is very nice, with a few local restaurants to eat, a few convenience stores. We'll come back to this address!

If I could give Rel a 20 star review, I would! Rel was very responsive and extremely helpful. We love this place. Beautiful set out, modern and clean.

what am Incredible place! I read the other comments with some cynicism but can truly say it's exactly as described. Big, wonderful, open space for your own, right across the road from the beach right outside a bus stop. Such friendly hosts and the little touches: chocolates, water, etc really a wonderful stay. airbnb is a self contained daylight basement unit attached to the main home. it is spacious and has a huge kitchen, living room, dining room, shower, washing machine with drying rack at terrace, and a separate bedroom it is a very comfortable stay within a gated community. jean marie and wife are a sweet couple. communication with them is easy and straightforward. they are also kind enough to offer flexible check in and out

We stayed at Catherine's Villa in May 25 for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The Villa is right next to the beach and very close to Blue Bay public beach and also to the Airport. Even the Bo Valon mall is close by. Although the Villa is small and the rooms are compact, it has all the basic amenities and location wise very good. All in all a convenient stay .

The stay at the place was fantastic. Even though we arrived late, the hosts were very flexible. Check-in was quick and easy, which was very pleasant after the long journey. In addition, J.C. provided us with a list of everything you need for your time in Mauritius (restaurant recommendations, attractions, shopping and suggestions for activities) directly after check-in. J.C. and Vero were permanently available and you could always share questions and concerns with them. No matter what you needed, they were always very accommodating. The accommodation was exactly as described and pictured. The location of the place is great. All in all, our stay at the property was wonderful and we will stay with J.C. and Vero again when we travel to Mauritius again.

I would recommend Johanna's home without so much as a second thought. Great accommodation with all the essentials for a great stay. The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The hosting was excellent, and the communication with the host was perfect. Always available to help us, advise, etc. A big thank you to Aurelie for her availability!!

Everything tiptop! 10/10!! Celine is very warm, she left extra croissants, water, coffee, baguette and even a sandbox for the kids for us at check-in. So thoughtful of her! Everything as in the pictures! We were there at the end of April and were the only guests in the house and on the private beach. So wonderful! With 2 children great, children's chair, crib, children's dishes - ALL there! We would definitely come :-)

We had an absolute wonderful time at this penthouse, right at the beach. Location: The east side of Mauritius was stunning beautiful. Weather: We were at the end of February. Almost always sunny. Sometimes a brief period of tropical rain. We found that very refreshing. Quiet: we only heard tropical birds from the apartment. It was absolutely quiet. Apartment: The most stunning holiday home I have ever been. Spacious, stylush decorated. The terrace was enormous with a breath taking view. Clean: The apartment was spotless. Cleaning lady comes daily except for Sunday. She really respected our privacy. To do: There is much to do on Mauritius. The nearby resorts offer beautiful restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just make a reservation. There is also a private cook (very affordable), but we did not make use of it. Swimming pool: The swimming pool is shared, but practically it is private as it only used a few times a day by other residents. Host: Very kind and responsive.

Such a wonderful view and nice penthouse apartment. Loved to be sitting in the hot tub as the sun set. Hosts were excellent communicators and very helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Roshni's place. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. we loved the location right on the beachfront and the nice pool to cool off when it's too hot! Everything went smoothly from booking, check-in and check-out.

5 stars, even if we would have liked to give more! ✨ Eric is a great host, very good advice for activities and outings, very friendly and responsive! The apartment is very nice, as described, in a very good location right in front of the island of Benitier! We would highly recommend it and would come back without hesitation!

We stayed for a week at Harry and Malini's. The accommodation is very well located, close to the sea and shops. I have nothing else to say, our week was excellent! Thanks to them for hosting us and for their kindness.

I had a great time at Pascal's in a beautiful home. Communication was smooth and pleasant from beginning to end. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing, everything is designed for comfort. The location is perfect, quiet and good. I would highly recommend it!

Florian's house perfect to me and my friend! We had a absolutely pleasant 2 weeks here. The house is in a quiet street, like a villa place, pure living area. Means not many restaurants nearby, but there is a perfect kitchen with all necessary equipments, we can cook whatever we want. The house not far from the center of Port Louis as well as big malls. It’s convenient for stay. I highly recommend this place and definitely will book again if I come to Mauritius in the future.
