Vacation rentals with a patio in Útica

The place is perfect! Our Host was extremely attentive, helpful, let us check earlier, we were taken care of wonderful. The apartment is super spacious, there are two rooms where two people sleep in each and in the living room there is a sofa that opens up and someone else could sleep there. The kitchen is equipped, there are towels, sheets, you see that the place is renovated or new, it is cold in the city but if you close the windows do not pass the cold. And there are bedspreads too. The water is warm well in the shower. The kitchen works, the fridge is large. There is a batea. Television in every room… really the price is a bargain for everything it offers. And it'S SUPER close to Simon Bolivar Park. Highly recommended.

A very nice apartment, very well furnished, very clean, very conveniently located. Elizabeth and Catalina give you all the useful information to get there and enjoy your stay. They are also very responsive if you have a question. Everything was perfect.

Had a one week stay at Pablo’s. Everything went smooth. The building is new, with good facilities. Communication was easy and Bogota was great as always!

This is the best and most luxurious apartment in Bogota! A private jacuzzi, terrace and a private dry sauna, what else do you need? The host is very organized, kind, and efficient. The place is spotless. The host is very helpful with anything you need. Cleaning is offered whenever you need it. Great place to stay!

Great stay! The place is very clean and safe. It is conveniently located, close to everything, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. Communication with the host was seamless and efficient. I would recommend it in a second!

I had a great stay! The apartment is clean with lots of natural light. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and the overall feel of the apartment was very comfy. The only downside is that Calle 134 is busy - less so at night, but definitely noisy during the daytime. Overall recommend it!

Margarita’s country home is a true gem! Surrounded by nature, peaceful, and beautifully maintained — it was the perfect getaway for my family. Very friendly and helpful host. Place is exactly as expected. Location is great, on a street with a fresh fruit and veg store, convenience store, bakery, restaurant, butchers. Everything you need within a one minute walk! And easy to walk to Chapinero or bus to other areas of the city. And a great view of the mountains surrounding Bogotá from the living room. Fast WiFi, very comfy beds, adequate kitchen. Any problems I had the host solved extremely quickly. Highly recommend, great value stay.

The apartment is excellent for longer stays, with a washer-dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located, within walking distance to grocery stores and many of Bogotá's universities, malls, libraries, and parks. The neighborhood feels safe and the complex has 24-hour security. Overall recommended, a positive experience.

good accommodation, good location

This is a wonderful, spacious apartment, in a peaceful neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were very simple and the hosts accommodated us on short notice. Unfortunately we only stayed for about a day and a half, but I hope to return. I thoroughly enjoyed the space and appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail and ease of booking, arrival, and departure.
