November 2023Globalement, bon rapport qualité-prix mais certains details devraient être corrigés. Arrivés sur place, un évier était bouché. Pas de réparation pendant la semaine malgré le signalement le premier jour. VMC très bruyante. Logement pour 6, vaisselle pour 4. Poêles très abîmées. Un seul jeu de clefs.

November 2023O apartamento de Chid é muito espaçoso e confortável. Tudo novo e limpo. Limpeza é muito importante para mim! Pessoalmente consegue ser mais bonito que nas fotos. O prédio tem uma excelente infra estrutura, construção atual. Sem dúvidas me hospedaria lá novamente!

October 2023Went through 3 different people to check in and then told a whole different name was my host. “Don’t tell people this is an airbnb” had me feeling like a teenager staying somewhere I shouldn’t be. Parking was an extra fee. Door locks/keys didn’t work. Woke up to the ac vent pouring out water. I guess if you just need to crash somewhere “Peter” will let you stay at his place as long as you don’t complain a lot.

Honestly Airbnb, this guy needs to be banned from this site.
The location is NOT Airbnb approved. It did not match what was initially emailed to us, we were sent to three different locations to pick up the keys and then sent to get into a new address that was not listed on the property and overall the host was a dickhead. I understand having multiple listings, but he has his assistants,running the entire listing for him, and they had very poor communication! He was rude when I was calling him to ask him about details on getting checked into the Airbnb. The morning of our check-in he was so rude about not sending any type of details on the address to get in, and overall, this was just a completely horrible experience dealing with him! I’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s and this was the absolute worst! He needs all of his properties removed from this site because I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

October 2023During our stay, we encountered several bizarre and concerning situations with our Airbnb. First, there was the strange key situation, where we were charged for a late check-in because someone had to physically deliver the key despite the listing stating it was a self-checkin. The last-minute change from a lady to a man in charge of handing over the key only added to the unpredictability and made us feel uncomfortable given that we arrived around 11pm. Upon meeting the man who provided us access to the Airbnb, he showed us around the property and made the unsettling statement not to lock the deadbolt ever, which made us feel uneasy and unsafe.
Inside the apartment, we noticed more issues. Only a few lights in the unit were functional, which made the place uncomfortably dim. Aside from that, we found that one of the smoke detectors had been removed from the ceiling and placed on top of the fridge, a clear safety concern. None of the balconies or windows has functioning locks.
