Peter’s place was the perfect place for me, my friend and her girls! We came for a horse show in Cobleskill and thoroughly enjoyed our time at his house!

My stay was nothing short from wonderful! Communication was amazing by the host, which made my stay 10x better. I will definitely be returning!

First off I want to say that I wanted to love my stay at Peter’s place. This was for my birthday weekend trip and although Peter was quick to respond, he had promised a full refund because of the NUMEROUS issues we encountered and has not kept his word. He has now completely ghosted after apologizing and promising us a full refund. The worst issue during our stay is that there is a mice infestation in the house, on the first floor where the main bedroom and game room is with the bunk beds. We were able to hear squeaking and shuffling inside the walls of mice/some type of rodent throughout the night/early morning. My first instinct isn’t to grab my phone to record these things especially bc as soon as you move the mices’ squeaking and shuffling stops. Beyond that the full bathroom with the only shower had zero water until our second day, so nobody could shower. The bathroom floors were beyond dirty and had hair/boot marks all over.. I’m so upset and shocked even with all the evidence.

Place is good but for the summer. The game room was too cold. The heaters were not enough to heat up the house. The kitchen was great. Had everything we needed. Wish it had carpets because the floor was cold. Couldn't let baby crawl around and play. Would come back but in the summer. Outside was big, for grilling it would be nice.
