Sarah and her friend were great. I would definitely host them again. They were both very friendly and respectful.

Sarah and her dog, Sunny, were very good guests. They were very considerate of their surroundings. Sunny enjoyed the goats and was very well behaved. Sarah was very communicative. We’d certainly welcome her back!

Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience as a host.
* Sarah refused to follow the city ordinance or house rules by letting her large dog roam free vs. keeping the dog in the back yard, even after discussing the issue.
* She was curt and non-respectful in communication.
* She left the studio with broken class and cat litter all over the floor and enough dog hair to fill a kitchen bag.
* And she admitted to destroying the microwave by placing a non-compliant object in the microwave, then refused to pay for the damages.

Sarah was a great guest. Would welcome back, anytime.
