Hello! My name is Sebastian Delgado and I was born in Peru. From a young age I knew I wanted to be a chef and wanted to learn from the best. I studied culinary arts at the prestigious San Ignacio Loyola University where I received my degree.
I then worked at Arzak one of the top 3 restaurants in the world where I sharpened my skills. I realized that I was doing what I loved the most- making food and bringing people together through culture.
