One of the best rentals we have stayed at! David and Denise were fantastic hosts that thought ahead about every need and amenity. Additionally, the walking distance to Peter Bay was very convenient and provided for excellent snorkeling. We certainly plan to stay there again in the future!

Such a beautiful resort! The room was exactly as described! Our room allowed us to have a nice view of the ocean! There was a minor issue regarding the room that was purchased during check in (had nothing to do with the host) but the staff were lovely and sorted out the issue right away! Would definitely stay again!

The house is in an excellent location near to Christiansted. You can sit and watch the waves all day and night. The pool is refreshing and relatively shallow if you are traveling with littles or poor swimmers. The host is super nice and responsive. We needed a few things and the host immediately responded and got them for us and was very kind. You get the entire downstairs apartment to yourself, which is nice. It's not exceptionally fancy, but it is nice. What to know: The beach is a walk away, but it's not a swimmers beach. There are sea urchins and rocks in the water. However, it's a great beach for exploring tide pools, watching hermit crabs, finding sea glass, and relaxing while watching the waves. Bring water shoes! You probably want to rent a car if you want to go into town and/or around the island. Get four wheel drive so you can travel to the rainforest and feed the pigs a beer. Go snorkeling at Buck Island; swim at the Buccaneer, Hotel on the Cay, and/or Rainbow Beach.

Amber’s place is in a nice location. Close to several resorts and the Red Hook downtown. Easily accessible to most places on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

Thank you Shaleece and Will for such a wonderful stay! I cannot wait to come back again! The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful inside and out. Because I was traveling and working I was really relying on the internet connection and the starlink internet was faster than my internet at home. It was perfect for remote work and it was able to handle all my video calls with ease. The property is truly located with the most beautiful views on island and I feel grateful to spend time there.

Julie and John's place was everything we needed and were looking for. It was a lovely spot situated in a very private setting with extraordinary views. the apartment was clean, comfortable and has a great screened in porch where we spent most of our time watching the water and birds. It was a short drive into Cruz bay and centrally located to drive to North shore or the East side of the island. We toured the entire island with the help of pointers and suggestions for our hosts but they also allowed us our privacy. I would definitely stay at the Sugarbird House again!

This apartment villa is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are very spacious and the living space was perfect for our small family. There are beach towels, chairs, toys, bag and cooler to borrow. There are family games and kids toys as well. Also access to cleaning supplies, kitchen needs and extra toiletries for those forgotten items. Hosts are so kind and friendly, readily available but still a very private feeling stay. We look forward to returning next year!

Perfect, peaceful, clean, quiet, wonderful deck area, tastefully decorated, nice amenities. Don’t waste your time looking at any other places, just book this place!! I researched so many places and this one is perfect for a couple and reasonably priced! It was a quiet peaceful place to relax at the end of a day full of activities.

This was an amazing place for us to spend a birthday weekend in St. Croix! We wanted to explore the east side of the island, and this was the perfect launching pad. Highly recommend hiking down to Isaac's Bay for protected snorkeling! As for the guest suite, the views are absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed a leisurely start to each day on the patio lounge chairs. It felt very private and we didn't really see other people in the house next door even though there was a car. The kitchenette (incl. microwave/mini fridge) has everything for making you need for making simple breakfasts/snacks and warming up leftovers. As the previous reviewer noted, there is very little sitting room inside, but this wasn't an issue for us since we were out most of the day. The bed was a dream and the linens were exceptionally fluffy and soft - perfect for a good night's rest. Even the toiletries felt luxurious! An issue with plumbing/drainage did arise during our stay, but Nichole handled it swiftly and thoroughly. That went for all of our communications with her. Nichole is a true professional whose thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly shows in the property and in her interactions! We'd totally stay here or with her again!

This is truly a hidden gem! THANK YOU Deb & Chris for sharing your beautiful paradise home! The house & room are just as pictured. Super comfortable bed, nice linens, spacious bathroom, huge shower with great water pressure, plus so many amenities: always-available-ice, beach chairs, snorkels & masks & many more! The gorgeous pool with adjacent, shaded deck (and the PERFECT outdoor sofa) was our favorite spot. And a visit from Watson (the canine super host!) made us (almost) feel like we hadn't left our own dog at home. Before our trip Deb & Chris emailed to us a detailed & incredibly helpful guide plus there are binders in the room with comprehensive info on area attractions, restaurants, & shopping. This was one of our best vacations ever! We will definitely stay here again!

The guest suite at Aqua Villa is a very well-kept, clean, unique place to stay in Fredriksted. The description is accurate and all appliances that are provided are new looking and work properly. The host, Tarek, was not on island during our stay but was responsive and pro-active in making sure we got there and settled in . I have to give him an extra thank you as there was an issue with the water supply one day during our stay, and Tarek made sure that it was handled quickly and with a minimum of disruption to us. The layout of this apartment is a bit unusual as it wraps around the outside of the first floor of the main house. This results in a few areas with small steps/level changes to be mindful of when you first arrive. The view from the yard is gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the water every night. To sum it up, our party of three adults enjoyed our comfortable stay here and would return.

One of the nicest hosts I've ever had! Carl went so far out of his way to make us feel welcome and answer any questions that we had. He helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. He was available with suggestions and information every day. The house was clean and looked as advertised. The outdoors was definitely the highlight. If you like to sit outside I highly recommend this place. Things to consider however, there is only AC in the bedrooms. This makes the kitchen/living essentially unusable during the day because it's too hot. There is also no WiFi so unless you have AT&T you may not have service. Finally, the mattresses are really old. So, if you have a back injury or any issues with sleeping this may not be the place for you. Another thing not advertised, there is a separate studio apartment and a pull out couch- both queen, so the apartment can potentially fit 4 more people. However, those places don't have AC so we didn't utilize them. Overall, you can fit 7 people but only 3 would have air conditioning.

Wonderful AirBNB with an even more wonderful host. The location is very relaxing and offers stunning views overlooking historical Christiansted. Waking up to the most amazing sunrises, cryatal blue water and a steady breeze to keep you cool; I never needed the AC. Christiansted and the Boardwalk are 10-15 minute drives. Local beaches are 20 minutes away, local grocery stores (Plaza East, Falcon, and others) within 5 minutes. Local food? No problem… Junnies is also 5 minutes down the road! Kristina is a super host! When I arrived at the airport rental cars were sold out and the taxi drivers were trying to rip me off. Kristina called a friend and I was picked up and dropped off at the estate for free and even got treated to Wendy’s! WiFi was hi speed dependable. The bed was very comfortable. Kristina even went the extra mile and allowed me to borrow her car as she was out of town and I didn’t have any wheels… I’m still very thankful! I will be back!

I stayed here while attending a beach tennis tournament on Water Island with my friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was peaceful and private, but still close enough to the ferry and Honeymoon Beach. The host was super responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. After long days at the beach, it was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in St. Thomas!

This BnB is overlooking Christiansted harbor and is well secluded. Everything was clean and bright, with all the amenities needed for a longer stay (full kitchen, work desk, etc). The hosts are very responsive, helpful and friendly. While staying on island almost all places have lower water pressure / water saving faucets and this spot was no different but it did not take away from the stay. There are multiple chairs on the porch for relaxing. It is a bit of a drive up a steep road from the main road but that also helps with making it more secluded. Clean, well appointed, and friendly helpful hosts. 5 stars!

Karen's place was the perfect spot for us to stay for our honeymoon. The view was absolutely breathtaking and honestly topped any other view we saw in the week that we were there. The fact that it was right outside our window was incredible! The space itself was cozy and had everything that we needed. We also were so happy that we stayed on the Coral Bay side of the island as it was peaceful yet still close enough to everything else that we wanted to do. The drive up and down from the house is a little bit jarring at first, but we quickly became accustomed to it. Four-wheel drive is a must! We would not hesitate to stay here again any time we return to St. John!

Everything was perfect! It was my very first solo trip and I was BEYOND impressed! Unable to book for my first day there because they were overbooked I was sad, and had to stay at a hotel that didn’t equate AT ALL, which made me appreciate the stay much more! & I understand now why you are booked up! The views are BREATHTAKING, the ambience is sooo peaceful, it’s extremely safe/private, all the staff is extremely accommodating and customer service is *chefs kiss* even down to the bartender & waitresses! Now the food, I wasn’t the biggest fan of, truth be told. Being that I like my seafood and meats cooked all the way through and well seasoned. But there are places to eat not far from the resort! They do not, I repeat THEY DO NOT HAVE UBER NOR LYFT! Lol. So connect with a taxi driver from first pick up or get a car if you’re okay w/driving on the left side of the road. I will most definitely be back! P.S. Do NOT lock urself out late @ night. They close the WHOLE front office down!

Loved this place. Quiet, gated community, beautiful views, clean, and very well put together. Washer and Dryer (in-unit) were a huge plus as we had already been running around the island for several days and desperately needed to do a load of laundry! Highly recommend his place!
