The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has wide stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, as well as on the second floor, where insulation is provided by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or Wi-Fi, the idea is to expand natural coexistence

Located within the Sady Agostini Cabin, a private property, the space features an en-suite bathroom, bathtub, fireplace, kitchen with barbecue, and in the outdoor area, in addition to the spacious balconies, a large private garden with a fireplace.

The house accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child (in the same room, a double bed and a 1.5m sofa bed), private bathroom and kitchen equipped with a minibar, stove, microwave and utensils. It has air conditioning, gas water heating and Wi-Fi connectivity. Bed and bath linens are available.
