We are a 17-hectare ranch, a safe haven, with a closed gate and a land with life. There are sheep in the pasture, chickens that roam free, and a seasonal vegetable garden that will be left at your door. It is 120 m² with almost 10 meters of ceiling height. All amenities are for individual use. Serving yourself is not a task: it is a choice, it is care. Reunion — with who you are when the world outside is silent. Oceano Casa Mar - Modern space near the beach :)

Welcome to Oceano Casa Mar! You will be about 30 meters from the beach dunes, being able to go by car on the road or on foot cutting through the dunes, the view is incredible, especially in the morning and sunset. The house is modern and has everything you need to make the most of your stay. A place to relax, wake up to the birds singing, take a nap in the hammock and recharge with a beautiful dip in the sea. If you come to work, there is a special place with a comfortable chair and 300Mb wifi.

Located 100 meters from the country house, it is at the right distance for tranquility in the countryside and the shade of trees, visited by birds that sing every morning. The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has wide stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, as well as on the second floor, where insulation is provided by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or Wi-Fi, the idea is to expand natural coexistence
