A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is less than 20 minutes away, the house is less than 20 minutes' drive away. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice paths and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to the sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. In the house there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

The central town is just over a kilometer away, about a quarter of a walk.

Comfortable, cozy and spacious accommodation in a quiet and beautiful area. A short trip to the center of Skellefteå. Plenty of room to park the car. Well-equipped, especially a good kitchen. A sunny terrace where we enjoyed breakfast. We'd stay again.

Our team leader Rokas stayed at Malin's place for a week. The apartment had everything he needed, it was very clean and tidy. Looked exactly like in the pictures. Felt nearly like at home with a bit of luxury added. The apartment itself is modern and Malin was more than helpful. We would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a place to stay which is close to the city centre and bus stops. Especially recommend this place because of the host, it has been a pleasure to communicate with Malin. Thank you and best of luck to you.

A small paradise in the middle of the forest. Falling asleep to the sound of the rapids and sitting outside and eating in the morning sun was absolutely lovely. The place is simple, but has everything you need. I appreciate the simplicity and aesthetics. We would be glad to come back.

The hosts were really nice, friendly and helpful. The appartment was nice. The only small thing is that the kitchen is shared with the owners that live downstairs. But there was a lot of space to put our food, and the second we went to the kitchen whoever was there left.
