Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

This little gem is perfect for both the family of 4, or him/her who is in the area because of business. The wooden cottage is a guest house in our garden, so you should expect that we will use the garden ourselves while you rent the cottage. The cottage is privately located, in our garden, in a quiet, ,-green-green area. 5 min from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern facilities in the bathroom and a cosy south-facing terrace. The cottage has heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the ocean, restaurants, shops, and golf courses. Visit amazing Måkläppen. Here our guests are well-received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The cottage is just right for two people, the bed is a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm. In the small kitchenette, you can cook simple dishes on two hobs and a microwave. The patio has a lounge area as well as a dining area and barbecue. Parking for two cars. If you want to fish, the place is ideal for sea trout fishing.
