Here you live in an apartment on the lower floor of a villa with its own entrance (self check-in) Central location about 20 minutes to Stockholm or Arlanda by train The space The private apartment is 70 m2. There is a living room, a small kitchenette, a bedroom with TV and workplace, a large toilet with shower and sauna that can be used for an extra cost of €10 (SEK 120) per occasion and garage with multi-gym. This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
