Walking distance into Sigtuna, where you will find everything you need such as a shop, pharmacy, Systembolag, restaurants, cafés and culture. The apartment is located in a newly built extension of a villa. In the villa there are other people, but the apartment is completely separate so no spaces are shared. Cleaning is offered. Guests can choose to clean themselves and will then leave the apartment in the condition they found it.

Brand new house of 30 sqm that was built on the gold edge of Bålsta in the forest, 120 meters to Mälaren, close to Arlanda, Stockholm, floor track in Bro. On the property there is a free guest parking, barbecue and large terrace where you usually eat in the summer. Sauna and washing machine available in the house are included in the price. With a great view over the lake Mälaren and the surrounding nature, our countryside house offer you peace and quiet. However, Stockholm City is only 40min away and Arlanda airport can be reached in 15min. Please be advised that the house is located in the countryside and use of a rental car is preferred. Lake Mälaren with a small child-friendly beach (100m), a swimming area with BBQ facilities (200m) and the beautiful old town of Sigtuna (15 min walk).
