The spacious Penthouse is in one of the island’s most sought-after areas where you can tour, shop, dine, and more, and when you get tired, head to your private rooftop pool deck, kick back, and watch the sun setting over the horizon with an aperitif in hand. Yeah, life is THAT great up here! The space: Modern but with a homey chic, Villa La Perla Sky is all about sweeping views and convenience! You’ll be able to do various activities, ranging from tennis and gym sessions to relaxing massages and private boat tours from the Marina. Of course, strolling on the Plaza in this exclusive residence and dining in select restaurants will be no less enjoyable. Although you may choose to skip cooking altogether, the villa features a highly modern kitchen worthy of a professional chef with a long list of appliances, including a dishwasher, a coffee and an espresso machine, as well as an ice machine. There are also two options if you decide to eat in (you could order delivery or hire a private chef!): the dining room table next to the large open-plan living area and the covered table on the rooftop patio. This place was great for my 2 day stopover in St Martin. Needed somewhere close to everything and the airport and it doesn’t get closer than this! You can watch planes land and take off from the window. (If you’re a light sleeper. Beware) but the don’t fly through the night. Towels could do with changing. Clean but discoloured. Place was clean and bed was comfy.

The room was nice and clean and had plenty of space. The pool was maintained well and cleaned every day and had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The host responded to any questions or concerns via the Whats-App. The Alamanda resort is right next to the beach, so it is a quick walk for an early morning sunrise photo, or if you need to take a short break from being at the beach all day. This location gives you many dining options that are walkable or you can pick up hand tossed pizza or rotisserie chicken from the local shops that you can bring back. We had a great 12 days at the Alamanda and would return here when we come back in the future.

Highly recommend this property. Michael was readily available for any questions or needs. We asked about having a lounge chair on our personal patio and the next day he provided it. Hugo was onsite most of the time and always ready to provide daily essentials with a warm greeting and smile! We loved our stay and will return!

I planned my vacation around staying at Michael's place in this unit. I love every minute here. I love the sunset. I love the view from the balcony and all of the yachting and boating stuff going on the sounds of the waves crashing then they pool the layout. The bed is super comfortable as sister fabulous fabulous place.

In all of my travels, this is by far at the top of my list! From the moment we arrived at the front entrance and walked the path lined with native flowers to our front door, I knew it was going to be a great stay! The unit was spotless, had AMAZING views of Sarasota Bay and we had a gorgeous sunset every night! In addition, we did not feel the need to rent a car as there were several marketplaces within walking distance, great restaurants and nightlife! I enjoyed my first seven days so much that I extended my stay by two days! I will be back soon 🥰

We absolutely loved our stay at Trade Winds Unit 8! The view was breathtaking, and the soothing sound of the ocean was right outside our bedroom door. Michael and Hugo were incredibly welcoming, meeting us upon arrival and even helping with our luggage. The unit itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Being in the heart of Simpson Bay was a huge plus, with countless restaurants within walking distance. Our experience was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!
