Inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen including nespresso machine, air fryer, blender and more. King size bed with a Helix Hospitality mattress dressed with luxe Brooklinen linens & pillows. Spacious bathroom with a large stand up shower.

Welcome to this cozy and newly renovated house! It's in a great location, the surroundings are quiet but are near a lively Mainline town. You'll find bars, restaurants, stores, SEPTA/Amtrack stations, and Suburban Square within walking distance. It's also near many colleges such as Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, and more. It's near the center city of Philadelphia and the King of Prussia mall. The most important thing is the security around the neighborhood.

Your own private super sized 1 bedroom 2 story loft in a unique converted historic building in the center of town! Your home away from home with everything you need to be extremely cozy! A taste of the old with the new offering quality, style, and comfort, in a great location! Free private parking for up to 3 cars right in front of your loft. 3 PM CHECK IN/11 AM CHECK OUT (More details in "other things to note") GPS the Wawa in Royersford, PA 19468 for an approximate location.

Spacious Suite in Spectacular Neighborhood

You will have the first floor of a private residence. All entrances, rooms, doors are untouched except by guests for entire stay. There is a locking french doors between the suite and the rest of the home. The living room has a fire place. TV and a high top seating area. The suite includes a fully functional kitchen -- sink, fridge, dishes, microwave etc. there is a hot plate (2) but not a range top stove. There is patio with secluded and private seating. and gas grill.

The house is on the hill but close to highways 76/202/422. about 40 minuets to Philadelphia center city; 30 minuets to the airport, 10 plus minuets to KOP Mall/Valley Forge National Park/Wayne downtown /Norristown /Villanova University.
