This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

If you're looking for a quiet getaway, Juniper Ridge offers the perfect opportunity to unplug and unwind. Nestled on a private wooded lot in close proximity to Port Rexton Brewery and Skerwink Trail. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.

We are asking that guests book a 2 night minimum stay to accommodate our enhanced cleaning protocols. Nan’s and Pop’s oceanfront salt box style home! Newly built in 2019, this house is centrally located in the historic Mockbeggar area of Bonavista. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, Old Days Pond boardwalk, churches, and the Matthew Legacy building.
