Vacation rentals with beach access in Untersee

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet – genau wie beschrieben. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen eingeladen hat. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

If you are looking to explore Central Switzerland then this place is a perfect place to use as a hub. The apartment was just as described and in fact more spacious than we expected. The views are spectacular over the lake and the mountains. The host was very helpful and responsive and was quick to answer all our questions. The location is easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the lake, the village of Weggis and the boat stop. We took the boat into Luzern which was absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend the Appartment and will definitely return when back in the area.

Wir haben uns rundum in dieser schönen und mit Liebe eingerichteten Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal, einfach zu erreichen mit Öffies und gleichzeitig nahe am See. Auch der Kontakt mit Fam. Klausmann war rundum super! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon, hoffentlich bald Mal wieder dort Gäste sein zu können! Vielen lieben Dank 🙏🏻😊, wir haben das Wochenende sehr genossen!

Das Appartement war sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Auch die Terrasse ist toll. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar, vielen Dank noch für den Geschenkkorb. An Airbnb: 135 Euro vom Vermieter sind völlig ok, aber 192 Euro von Airbnb definitiv zu teuer. Dass es einen Aufschlag gibt ist klar, aber dieser Aufschlag ist nicht nachvollziehbar und auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich werde demnächst gründlicher schauen, ob man auch die Unterkünfte direkt mieten kann.

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! I super recommend Doris’s home to anyone looking for a cozy stay by Lake Constance! Thank you so much, Danke Doris & Sarah. 🤩

Die "Wohnung" ist sehr klein und sehr fein. Hochwertiger Ausbau, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist top, der See in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch das Zentrum von Bregenz ist in einem etwas längeren Spaziergang dem See entlang gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Brigitte war super schnell, freundlich und hilfreich.

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt! In der Garage konnten wir unsere Fahrräder gut unterstellen. In 15 Min Radweg ist man in Friedrichshafen oder Meersburg! Aber auch Immenstaad ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Unbedingt die Pizza von Il Centro probieren! Wir waren begeistert! Unterkunft ist in einem gewachsenen Wohngebiet mit weniger als 10 Min. Fußweg zum See. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Kids haben sich über die PlayStation gefreut. Gewürze und viele Grundlebensmittel sind vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind wirklich sehr weich. Hier würde sich eine Investition sicher lohnen! Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt zu Michael gehabt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Garten, ganz privat. Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei grossen Hunden sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten auch das Gefühl sehr willkommen zu sein.

The house and location worked well for us. We did walk to Neuschwanstein castle, but it was a bit of a hike for me. We couldn't have had better weather, so we also enjoyed sitting outside. This was before the start of the tourist season so getting around went well.

Wir waren zu dritt im Stadthüsli. Es war eine sehr Schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!

Wir waren 11 Tage im September in Ediths Haus. Die Nähe zum See, das Haus mit dem großen Garten, die schöne Terrasse, die üppige Ausstattung und unsere nette Gastgeberin haben uns einen wunderschönen Urlaub ermöglicht. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Dr. Karl-Heinz und Simone Schnaibel

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in Emmanuels schönem Airbnb. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen und der Hotpot ein absolutes Highlight. Alles was man braucht ist verfügbar. Wir können Emmanuel als Host und auch seine Unterkünfte vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Sowohl für Paare als auch für Familien die ideale Wahl.

We read the previous reviews, saw the photos and chose Stephen’s house. Firstly the accommodation is a really good size. We had 4 adults using 3 b/rooms and there was plenty of space. It was really clean, tidy and we felt really at home. There was everything we needed, plus a supermarket round the corner and bar /restaurant were walking distance. 10/10👍The photos however don’t do justice to the wonderful views! Loved just looking over the lake to the snow capped mountains. Sitting outside was so tranquil. 10/10 because I can’t give 11/10 😁Excellent location for Rigi, Vitznau, Lucerne, Weggis, Stoos, Pilatus, Zug, all worth seeing. Rigi railway / Pilatus cable cars to the summit were our fave’s 10/10 🚠 We’d have stayed longer!🙁Stephen our host was great too. Excellent helpful information sent to us on arrival day. Were lucky enough to see him and got really helpful sightseeing advice. Communications were timely and helpful throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Merci à Véronique pour notre super séjour à proximité de Strasbourg ! La maison est grande, idéale pour un ami à quatre pattes, la forêt est juste à côté et l'accès au tram est très rapide. Le mix idéal pour visiter facilement la ville tout en profitant du calme de la nature. Tout est pensé dans la maison pour que votre séjour se passe bien (jusqu'aux chargeurs pour les têtes en l'air), on se sent très bien accueillis !

Séjour parfait pendant la période des marchés de Noël. La maison d’Awa et sa famille était propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité du tram (5min) qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Strasbourg rapidement et facilement (20-25min). Les instructions pour l’arrivée en toute autonomie et la disponibilité de l’hôte ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir.

We stayed at Peter’s place for our ski holiday to Flumserberg . The gondola to Tannonboden ( ski slopes ) is a five minute walk ( in ski boots) from the apartment and the apartment a mere few metres from the shore of lake Walensee . We loved the space and cleanliness . The raclette and fondue makers were an added bonus and made eating in after a long day on the pistes fun !! I would highly recommend this apartment and not hesitate to book again .

Alles top! Küche sehr gut eingerichtet… Spülmaschinensteine etc. ausreichend vorhanden und nicht wie bei anderen Airbnb-Wohnungen akribisch abgezählt.

Eine traumhafte Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht plus Luxus-Ausblick, Sauna und Whirlwanne. Habe uns mensch- und pudelwohl gefühlt! Nicole ist sehr freundlich und reagiert total schnell auf Nachrichen, fragte nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und war insgesamt sehr hilfsbereit.

Bereits bei der Buchung hatten wir ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Sowohl mit Peter als auch mit der Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine schneebedeckte Landschaft vor, die uns zu tiefst beeindruckte!! Die Unterkunft liegt am Hang mit Blick auf den nahgelegenen Weiher und Sicht bis auf die Alpen. Sehr sauberes und modernes Urlaubsdomizil! Das Zusammensein mit Peter und den Nachbarn wr sehr harmonisch. Die gesamte Umgebung hat unsere Vorstellung gesprengt. Für Naturfreunde ein Muss! Wir hatten durchgängig traumhaftes Winterwetter mit Schnee, Sonnenschein und strahlend blauen Himmel. Einfach himmlisch,bezaubernd, magisch!!! Besten Dank an Peter und Heike für diese wohltuende Auszeit!

This is a beautiful apartment in Bregenz! It is VERY close to the Pfänderbahn, which was great for a trip up the mountain! It was also within easy walking distance of the lake shore, the old town, and many restaurants and shops. We had a car, and with the parking space, we were able to take day trips out of Bregenz to explore the surrounding area of Austria and Germany. The apartment itself is also lovely--big and full of light. The kitchen was great. We were very comfortable and would stay again! Thank you, Manuela!

入住當天帶着兩個行李，在行上住宿的時候會比較辛苦，因為需要行上斜坡，但是都很容易找到房屋，入住的時候因為有一天突然下雪令到電力沒有了，Elisa都很快回覆我們，而且電力很快回復正常，跟Elisa溝通沒有問題，房屋窗戶望出就是一個湖，每天起來都心情好舒暢🧡
