Slow down and take it easy. The property is located in an old farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is rurally located on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. I run a duck farm. The ducks are in one of the two gardens.

Quiet location near the center /near the Rhinefall

Matthias' house is spacious, nicely decorated, and looks even better in real life than on the photos. It's situated a few mins walk from the forest, and many hiking trails which is a bonus for nature lovers like me. The Rhine Falls is also about 10 mins walk on foot from Neuhausen city center. Matthias is super friendly and easygoing, gives great advice and tips on the Schaffhausen area, hiking trails, things to do around. The kitchen, bathroom, washroom are very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room has a thermostat and you can control the temperature which was much appreciated, especially during the winter months. The nearest bus stop is 5 mins walk from the house which is convenient when getting to work or to the nearby shops. I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my time at Matthias' house and I would definitely book again with him. You can't find a better spot in the Neuhausen, Schaffhausen, Rhein Falls area. Thank you Matthias.

The apartment is close to the Rhine Falls as well as supermarket and border of Germany, so you can reach a stop after Aldi and Lidl. The apartment is quiet and cozy, the hostess is nice and always available. The house was clean especially living room and bathroom.

This is by far one of the most incredible AirBnB’s out there. Absolutely stunning castle home set in a fantasy town right on the Rhine. The photos and description don’t even do this place justice. It’s whimsical, charming, awe inspiring, and ultra relaxing all at the same time. Dominique was the most incredible host as well. She’s ultra responsive, very kind, and even walked us to the grocery store so that we knew how to get there. I’d stay at this place a million times over and the only regret I have is not staying longer.

The old "Wöschhüsli" is a real gem! It has been renovated with a lot of love for detail and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful kitchen is well equipped, and the cozy bedroom on the upper floor invites you to relax. We were particularly impressed by the inviting location in the middle of the picturesque wine village of Wilchingen – ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The welcome wine on the table was a warm gesture, and the wood provided for the Swedish stove also made the stay particularly pleasant. An all-round charming and thoughtful vacation home!

This place is a great place to stay for a short stay. It offers a high level of comfort. In good weather, there is a table with 2 chairs right in front of the accommodation. Here you can feed yourself in the fresh air. We appreciated the night's sleep. In the nearby Volg you can get everything you need. The landlord is very accommodating, questions are answered quickly. We felt appreciated.

This is the first time I tried to rent for a room, not the whole property. What I can say, Michelle and Thomas are just absolutely great! The house is nicely decorated and everything is nice and clean. Will definitely recommend to others.
