Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Abdels Appartment gefühlt. Das Bett war super bequem, man konnte die Räume auch abdunkeln. Tolle große Regendusche, sehr entspannend nach einem Tag in Miami. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe, zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd,Ofen,Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner,diese haben wir nicht genutzt, kann aber sehr praktisch sein.Besonders toll waren auch die Trolley( kostenfrei in Miami) und Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor der Haustür, so konnten wir auch ohne Auto ganz Miami easy erkunden. Lage ist ruhig, das Appartement in einem süßen,bunten Artdeco Haus,daher etwas hellhörig,allerdings haben wir sehr ruhige Nachbarn gehabt,so dass dies gar nicht gestört hat. Vielen Dank an Abdel für das Erlebinis seiner Unterkunft!

Unterkunft in Top Lage zum Strand und Ocean Drive. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

El departamento de David estuvo excelente! Muy limpio y súper fácil de comunicarse por cualquier cosa. Mirna fue de gran ayuda también y nos trataron excelente! Súper súper recomendable

Great place! Clean, amazing location! Walk out the apartment, take the elevator to the lobby, walk 100ft and you are at the pool. Salt water pool at the perfect temperature. Walk another 100ft and you are on the beach! Balcony looks over the pool area and the beach. 10th story so pretty quiet. The only negative was the people on nearby balcony were heavy smokers of cigarettes and weed, and we had to retreat inside a few times. We’ll definitely be back.

Dharma is very responsive and immediately available. He was very accommodating. I was there with my kids for spring break and we got in very early, he was able to work out an early check in. The location works for going both north or south beach and even downtown. The location was very clean. The pools are nice and the beach is walking distance. The elevator is a little slow and the floor looks different from the rest. But that’s no fault of the host. I would definitely stay again.

Chloe was amazing since the beginning of my reservation. Her place had everything that me and my family needed. I super recommend her airbnb and would love to back in another opportunity in Miami.

Nigdy nie byliśmy bardziej zadowoleni z pobytu w airbnb. Lokalizacja jest świetna, a mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Scott jest świetnym gospodarzem. Komunikacja przebiega bardzo sprawnie, uzyskaliśmy wskazówki dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i mogliśmy skorzystać z rowerów, aby udać się na przejażdżkę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce! Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za wszystko 🥰

My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Notre séjour dans cet appartement-petite maison a été un enchantement. Nous adorons Miami et y revenons tous les ans. Nous connaissons maintenant une adresse sympa à South Beach. Il s’agit d’un appartement en rez de chaussée, avec une porte d’entrée sécurisée par un code. Les pièces de vie sont spacieuses, la cuisine très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les deux chambres avec chacune leur salle de bains. Les équipements sont pratiques et la smart tv superbe! Une place de parking est attitrée à l’appartement, ce qui est un gros plus. On peut tout à fait se déplacer à pieds vers la plage (25 min) les magasins d’alimentation (15 min) et Lincoln road (15 min) pour les boutiques et restaurants. Un Uber peut vous emmener là en moins de 5 min pour les personnes qui ne souhaitent pas marcher. L’endroit est très calme et serein. La climatisation fonctionne bien et est réglable manuellement. Une chose que nous adorions: commander un délicieux et sain petit-déjeuner à Pura Vida via Uber eats. Mer

Un acogedor lugar, limpio y ordenado, con todos los elementos básicos para una buena estadía. Un gran gesto de Francisco es proporcionar galletas, agua y café junto a su cafetera para poder prepararlos. Muy recomendado.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

5 stars – Wonderful Stay in South Beach! Our stay at Leslie’s South Beach Apartments was absolutely fantastic! This spacious 2-bedroom gem in the heart of South Beach, Miami, was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was sparkling clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the vibrant South Beach scene, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Leslie was an incredible host, super communicative, and made our late-night check-in around 2:30 AM seamless with clear instructions. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped. This place made our trip unforgettable, and we’d love to return. Highly recommend Leslie’s place to anyone visiting South Beach!

Un apartamemto realmente hermoso, completo, con todws las comidades habidas y por haber. Al que le gusta el cocinar la cocina tiene de todo, y todo funciona super bien. Vista hermosa. Mi famillia y yo lo recomdamos 300%

Muy buen departamento que coincidía perfecto con las fotos publicadas. La limpieza era perfecta y estaba provisto con toallas y toallones de calidad y en cantidad. También había en el departamento una sombrilla, sillitas de playa y toallones de playa, lo que resulta muy útil. La cocina tenía una heladera que funcionaba muy bien, cafetera Nespresso con capsulas en abundancia, pava eléctrica, tostadora e, inclusive había un anafe eléctrico con ollas y sartenes por si quisieran cocinar. Excelente comunicación con el propietario y buen consejo de utilizar el parking público que está a dos minutos del departamento y es más económico que el valet parking del hotel. La ubicación del departamento, a unos metros de la playa. Todo muy bien!

A very clean, modern, and comfortable apartment in a quality building. Guests should be aware that the IDverification process and check in are untypically complicated, the kitchen is minimally equipped, and the street is noisy late into the night with revving motorcycles, so bring earplugs!

We would definitely stay at Ana’s place again! The location is perfect, very walkable to restaurants, groceries, etc… Great unit with lovely views! Nice amenities in the building. Ana was very helpful when we reached out! Highly recommend staying with Ana!

Le logement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce et très accueillant. La terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jacuzzi et c’était toujours un moment très agréable. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés dans ce logement à notre prochain séjour à Miami.

Daniel's place is wonderful! super comfy bed, and great linens! the kitchen was fully eclipse and immaculately cleaned. Daniel is a very responsive host. Overall just a great place to stay!
