Vacation rentals with a home theater in United States Virgin Islands

The Airbnb at Colony Cove was everything we needed and more! We were traveling from Florida with our daughter to celebrate her first birthday, and this stay truly exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating—they even had a pack 'n play ready for us, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. There was a bit of construction happening during our visit, but the workers were incredibly considerate—they paused work during our daughter’s nap time so she could rest peacefully. We were blown away by that level of kindness! The condo grounds were spotless, and we appreciated that someone came by every few days to clean the beach and remove the sea grass. The neighbors next door, who own their unit, were also a delight—so kind and funny, they made us feel right at home. My husband and I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the USVI. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful beach, great places to eat close by.

The house is beautiful, everything you think you may need is there. I took my husband to Puerto Rico for his birthday and when I tell you, the house did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The house has everything that you need to go to the beach, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards everything surprises me I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so tentative to guests like it was just perfect. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I was able to cook a few days while I was there. It was so nice and peaceful like just being on that side of the island in Puerto Rico. Everything was just perfect. We definitely wanna go back and we definitely will be rebooking this house again because it was just a perfect stay. The host Cisco was great with providing directions to the house, very attentive, even allowing us easier access in and out of the property, which made it so much smoother. Amazing home! This condo is beautiful, incredibly clean, and right in the middle of everything! The bed was super comfy, the tv was HUGE and the balcony doors opened up to make it an open air luxury apartment right on the beach. The building is quiet and clean— the amenities are fantastic. The building has direct access to the pool (and a kiddy pool), a private playground, and the beach. The condo itself is gorgeous, like something out of a movie. The linens and furniture were all spotless and felt high quality. The towels were plush and the sheets were super soft. The mattress was squishy in the best way. I could’ve lounged around and watched movies all day if I wasn’t visiting to explore the beach and culture. Isla Verde is a safe and walkable area. The building is extra safe because of 24/7 security at the gates. There are lots of restaurant options and stores very close. Taking an Uber into Old San Juan from this location was about $15 at peak dinner time so this is the perfect spot in San Juan!

The place is very nice and well kept. I felt very safe at location. There is security riding within the community 24/7. There are several restaurants, shopping centers with diversified stores. There are fast food restaurants as well as pharmacies very close to the community. The pool is beautiful and very clean and the beach at walking distance. Thumbs up Melba!! My only issue is the price. Thumbs up Melba.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly walkable. The area is full of great restaurants, so dining out was a breeze and enjoyable. Plus, having beach access right nearby was a huge plus — we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the ocean. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

The experience was excellent. We would stay here again. We recommend it 100%. Communication with the host was accurate. Thank you!

Great location great spot it was very accommodating for everyone in my group. It had enough room and the host was amazing! Very responsive whenever I reached out. She also provided local recommendations which came in handy. I would recommend and stay next when I come next year. The only thing I would asked for in the future is extra tissue and garbage bags (unless k missed and didn’t see, o could’ve reached out but it was my last day at the house so I did not). Other than that it was very great and I loved the two separate floors and the backyard was nice to Sit and relax when we were not on the move.

Just stayed at Cuylers place for my first time in Puerto Rico and I want to say this is an excellent place to stay at! It’s completely private, big and beautiful! The pictures describe the house and the house looks even more beautiful in person! Cuyler is great a communication he always responded quickly and made us feel at home with the great amenities the house has! The location is great the house is close to a 24-Hour Supermarket and 24-Hour Burger King that made the stay even more better! I highly recommend staying at Cuylers place! It’s a beautiful private property. House was very clean and we had a great time at the pool! Highly recommend it! Cuyler has great customer service and communicates very well any instructions to access the house!

Everything was very organized, clean, quiet, private, and he was always available and accessible. Excellent facilities to be with your family and everything is as illustrated. The pool is extremely clean. There were plenty of extra towels and sheets, all the kitchen basics. 3 minute drive to the hot springs. Everything is close by: bakeries, supermarkets, gas stations, shopping malls. I recommend it 100%, and I'll be back.

I thought it was ocean view but the beach is just a few min walk. I appreciated the quiet corner of the house, and got to know the neighbors. I liked the private parking, the access to the patio and the cleanliness of the house. They were very responsive & even let me extend my stay last minute because of flight change. I'll definitely be back. I loved luquillo and 🇵🇷 overall. My stay was close to everything and made exploring easier.

Brooke’s Airbnb was as described. The location was good—there are stores within walking distance if you need supplies, as well as food options nearby. It's also less than a 5 minute walk to the La Placita hotspot area, where you can enjoy the nightlife if you're interested. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit San Juan!

Edwin was an amazing host, providing great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance of the apartment. He even offered to drive me to El Yunque to do some hiking! Edwin’s place was super cozy, the air conditioning worked great, and was a perfect home away from home. I would love to come back!

I had a great time staying here with my spouse for my birthday and babymoon. Osvaldo was responsive and very accommodating. We also liked that there were beach towels and beach chairs available for us to use instead of having to rent some. We would definitely come back!
