Our stay was fantastic! We loved the beautiful view. I spent most of my time in the relaxing glassed in porch. The comfortable home was spotless and amazing. My wife and I had such an amazing time. Beautiful lake off the river. So peaceful. Joseph was very helpful in recommending local restaurants and activities. The home was well maintained, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend. We definitely have it as one of our favorite peaceful getaway spots and hope to return someday soon!!

I highly recommend the Little House in the Woods if you are in the Ruston area! My husband and I were in town for a baseball series against LaTech and travelling with a pet. The house was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we and our pooch needed. I loved relaxing on the front screened porch in the evenings. It's a very quick ride to Ruston for restaurants and stores. Also want to add that everyone in the area was so friendly!

The home is beautiful and so peaceful. Everything that you need is there except your food . But we found a place not far off for some grilled fish and shrimp it was good . I loved the Deck on the back of the house the best place to watch the sun come up while having coffee . The house is very spacious And had plenty of room for our party of 10.

We had a great stay at this lake house. The view of the lake was beautiful. The house was very nice, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Dee was very informative concerning checking in and out of house and making sure that we had everything we needed. Plan to revisit again.

Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, scenery. Plenty of wildlife. Even photographed a bald eagle hunting on the river. Plenty of room inside for 3 people. Could barely even notice the creaking and waves at night. Secluded, yet close to city life. We did have a run in with some wasps, Brandon came out and sprayed for us. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves so much we didn’t want to leave!!

This was an amazing stay. Ashley made everything very detailed and clear we really didn't even chat because she had it all laid out for us! This is the first time we have ever rented an AIRBNB. We can only hope that future rentals are as nice! The place was nice and quiet and only 3 minutes from the church. We really enjoyed our stay and already talking about booking to for next year. Thanks so much!

Mom and Pops place is fantastic. Located on an active farm, I felt right at home watching the family work cattle one afternoon. The location is way off any main road, and you don't hear a peep at night. The owners live right next door and are the nicest people you could hope to meet. I look forward to being in the area for another stay, it was perfect.
